Review 1：Bad smell from the bathroom, impossible to stay in or leave the door open. The restaurant is open till 22.00, but at 19.45 it was already impossible to have dinner. Ruined our evening as nothing was open nearby on New Year's Eve.

Review 3：Menu in the restaurant (lunch or dinner) is not very-very extended, but the food is tasty. Anyway it was very ok including for families with children.

Review 11：They don't have twin bed's only two one persons beds side by side. It took 2 days to fix the room door which was opening really hard. The hairdryer only worked for 1 minute and then stopped and although we asked to be fixed this didn't happened during our stay. Room is a bit smaller than expected.

Review 12：Hotel looks nice and is very close to the park, zoo and bath. Also it has a pretty nice wellness where you can enjoy sauna or Jacuzzi.

Review 16：Very nice hotel. Staff is very polite, speaking fluent English. Room is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good but not perfect. The only thing wich I didn't like is location. It was difficalt to find and it took as 30 mins driving around the area.

Review 17：Staff has not a very welcoming attitude (at least the young lady with glasses had a total inappropriate attitude and I think it has no place in such a hotel reception). Both the receptionist and the lady behaved inappropriately when we demonstrated that they put extra approx. 11.000 HUF to bill for accommodation. In addition when I asked for tickets to the zoo they behaved as if I would have asked for a great favors. I think that at the begining they should have asked me if I need these tickets. I suggest that you print the booking to payment amounting to HUF not have the same unpleasant surprise.

Review 18：The hotel is well located about 300 m to Zoo and Aquarius. Aquarius is locked up untill 20 December 2014. The food is very good at good prices. I suggest you to ask at reception for zoo tickets which costs 1750 HUF here. Spacious parking, free, in front of the hotel.
