Review 1：Ski bus to the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis was only once a day available (at 8:45 and 16:00).

Review 2：We are family with 1 year old baby and we were really satisfied with all services in hotel Belveder. The hotel is really clean, staff is helpful and professional, there is really great brand new wellness area and we enjoyed delicious dinner every evening.

Review 3：Really friendly staff, a great welcome, and tips on things to do. Inclusive evening meal was OK, but not Haute Cuisine. Daily suggestions of things to do was really useful. Day card for buses invaluable!

Review 6：Low quality of most facilities including mostly bathrooms, and low level of beds and rooms. Dinner, very basic sometime low. Location is far from the main ski slops.

Review 9：Our room was very nice and newly redecorated - however the rooms our friends stayed in were not and looked a bit old-fashioned and were draughty. The staff was generally friendly and helpful but it doesn't hurt to know a little German as they don't speak a lot of English. Most guests came from German-speaking countries and this can give you a bit of an outsider's feeling.

Review 18：Location is absolutely awful, its 10 km to slopes, skibuses are goingonly 3 a day from this place in the morning and coming back 3 of them inthe afternoon. So if you got down by skibus to the hotel - you cantreach any place like bar, restaurant, cafe, apres-ski, only by taxi.Level of the hotel is definetely not 4 stars. Its more poor 3. Double room is small, a bit old equiped, but in general the main disadvantage is location

Review 20：Only 10 minutes away by car from Ski resorts Fiss and Serfaus. Ski bus stop is next door if you don't have car. Beautiful mountain views from the balcony and window. Free wi-fi and free -enuogh- parking for everybody. Excellent food / dinner and breakfast. And the staff, they are So helpful and very friendly. They do their best to solve all kinds of little/big problems, at the reception, bar and restaurant. We spent our new years eve at Belvedere hotel and they made our new year night fascinating. After mid night they served free soup and sandwiches.
