Review 1：Great stay. Everything was fine. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was very clean. Rooms cleaned daily. Tasty restaurant with good prices. I will recommend to all Folia Hotel. I Hope to be back :)

Review 2：The only regret was that there were no screens on the windows so that we could possibly sleep with the windows open. We are not used to sleeping with windows closed and air conditioning on, and it was a shame to not be able to listen to the ocean at night time, due to the mosquitoes in the evening/night.

Review 7：For us everything here was perfect. Really nice and friendly people running this hotel. Just a few minutes walk from the beach. You really feel like in Greece at this hotel. Breakfast was tasty and do eat evening meals at the restaurant at the hotel, excellent dishes. We will definately come back.

Review 15：The hotel is nicely located away from the noisy traffic of the mainroad. The walk to the beach is short but rather steep. This maybe aproblem for elderly people. A mini market is within a 2 mins walkingdistance. I loved the build of the hotel with the semi - open hall waysto the rooms. The garden is nice and well maintained with plenty of (formy middle-European eyes) exotic plants. There were always enough sunbeds available in the pool area. The rooms itself are simple butfunctional, cleaned daily and spotlessly clean. I recommend the roomswith sea view, second floor. Nice personal, always attentive andhelpful. The availability and speed of the WiFi in the room is more thenacceptable. The food in the restaurant is excellent. Overall, the hotelan excellent choice and highly recommended. The hard work of the ownerand its stuff to make all guests an enjoyable stay is highlyappreciated.

I would say an acceptable hotel to go to the sea... The hotel is quite close to the sea (about 3-4 minutes), but you have to climb to reach your room.

The boys that run Folia apartments have done a fabulous job and this is a great place to stay wen visiting Hania/Ag Marina. We enjoyed every aspect of it. The rooms are bigger than you normally get and having a kitchenette and good size fridge in your accommodation makes a huge difference to your stay. Everything was clean, well maintained. Breakfast was fresh and of high quality. Look forward to our next stay in Folia Apartments.
