Review 1：Location was great. Effectively on the beach. Many good eating drinking places within 5 min walk. Apartment clean and with good balcony with sea view. Staff friendly. Although cooking facilities basic this is as advertised and anyway we would not use given its easy to go out.

Review 3：The sea view was lovely and relaxing, and the little town, tavernas and beach were just a few minutes walk. Irena was helpful and friendly, the apartment was clean and we had clean sheets an towels every other day.

Review 5：the location right on the seafront. the daily cleaning by Roseanna who was so cheerful and helpful. The beach was cleaned each day by Irinia the manager and she looked after the garden with pride. there was nothing not to like.
Review 6：The managers, Irena and her husband are very welcoming and helpful. The apartments, which are cleaned regularly, are located across a small non busy road from a lovely sandy bay and their sunbeds are free. There are six apartments all with balconies with sea views. Cooking facilities are basic but adequate for us. There are lots of places to eat along the beach. Within a short walking distance, there is a range of small shops – bakers, mini market, butcher and more restaurants etc. We have been there twice and plan to go again.
Review 7：Didn't like several questions or comments about my not wearing shoes. I thought this was rude and embarrassing. The apartments are five metres from a beach. Perhaps the staff should "get over it" that people go barefoot in warm weather, and perhaps leave people alone?

Review 9：Kalives is only one street You have to wait long for the bus to Chania, there is no timetable.
