Review 4：The title could be:stay away from those apartaments!. We booked for one week, three days before leaving Italy. The day after arrived an email in which the owner claimed a deposit of € 70, sent three days before arrival, by letter or bank.So I called booking and I explain that it had no sense, He has my credit card number, so he could debit me and we were also near to leave Italy. The reply was: credi car machine broken! he endly accepted that we wouldn’t sent anything. On arrival, after having drived for 500 km., after two minutes (no time for nothing!)the owner immediately pretended the all amount and € 50 for deposit. For a small dog of 6 kilos and 35 cm he asked € 4 per day. Our dog is educated. It was Sunday and we have no that amount in cash. Mr David heard no reason:” there is a bancomat to have the money”. He said we must immediately pay because he didn’t stay in Bukfurdo (strange that after two days I saw him by bycicle!!). the apartment was hot , we heard all of the other people trhough walls. We had two plates, two spoons…two of everything. Four pot in four different size. For cooking pasta it took more than an hour.There was only one towel for each ( one meter x 50 cm), one roll toilet paper (the worste and the cheapest) and all it was for one week!! I asked some more paper and other towels,. He said that they do like that and if we want other towels or paper we could buy in the shop! He said we could leave the apartment if we didn’t like that way. Very cleaver Mr. David! So you debite my credit card for the full amount and have still apartment free . Good bargain!!the day we leaved he arrived later and checked everything. Finally he gave fortunately back us € 50 I was so scared about it!!. In the apartment you can hear all what do the neighbour!The apartment was hot and no air condition.The owner is very irritating and lout. No smile when we arrived, no information about the place. Nothing.
