Review 1：Location and View from an apartment with every facility and comfort any guest could possibly wish for. Owned and managed most efficiently by Karen to whom we extend our warmest thanks.
Review 2：The space on offer for the cost against a hotel, and the excellent wifi, thank you Karen I would recommend this apartment to anyone, great stay for the weekend or longer
Review 3：No bad experience but just a small negative was that the mattresses on the beds were a little on the thin side and a bit uncomfortable for our backs otherwise cannot fault everything else.
Review 4：Everything ! The apartment was immaculate, clean and in a great location on the Roker seafront with fantastic views. It was comfortable and provided everything we needed from a microwave right down to a hairdryer. The bed linen and towels were pure white and clean. Overall experience was Fab u lous !
Review 5：The area is really nice, the only limits are not enough places to go with children, and places to have a couple of drinks in a beer garden are very limited, we were home pretty early most nights, probably suited to people that go without young children .
Review 6：The appartment is really lovely, no complaints at all, a DVD player would be good to have in the appartment for down time relaxing, but not a big deal if I stayed again I would take my own.

Review 11：lovely spacious apartment, sea view was gorgeous to lose yourself in as you gazed out of the window. (the great weather didn't hurt either). Lovely place to go for walk, and the Metro being a 15 min walk away meant you could travel up to Newcastle and beyond with relative ease.
Review 12：Couple of very minor maintenance issues such as loud washing machine but nothing that spoilt the holiday in any way
Review 13：Overall the place was clean, comfortable and ideal for our needs. Couldn't have been closer to the beach and so much better a way to stay with a young family.

Review 18：My main negative was that the apartment was not too clean.found small hairs on the bed and around the apartment as well. The sofas were also covered in blankets to cover up the leather that had come off. Bed sheets were a bit rough.
