Review 1：location is a 20 minute walk from the beach but if you have a car no problem.

Review 3：everything was excellent (staff, furniture, breakfast, place..)!!! 10-15 min from sea, from the busy place :) we enjoyed everything - nice calm location.. even if the owner (probably :)) could not speak perfectly English, his effort was so great, we appreciate it very much! Review 6：It was a little difficult to find since it is set off of the road without great signage. It is not on the beach, but the beach is a short 10 minute walk.
Review 7：It is a very pretty hotel among a peach tree orchard. A very quiet setting. The room with the fireplace was large with a large balcony. The breakfast was good and they were very accommodating - when we had to leave at 6:00 AM to get back to the Athens airport for a flight, they got up early and made sure breakfast was ready for us (even though breakfast doesn't usually start until 8:00).
