Review 1：Mattress and pillow weren't comfortable for me.
Review 2：Great location, great view. Amazing breakfast. Especially loved the hot, different types of bread. Staff was very polite, helpful and more than eager to help, explain things and give tips on daily excursions etc. Liked the deco too. Warm and cozy. Their restaurant is one of the best in the area too!!

Review 5：Staff spoke little English, often did not understood us, and was kind of distant and unfriendly. I asked if there is any possibility to turn on the heat in our apartment, because my sister felt a bit sick - and received a cold "NO" from the owner with no explanation of any kind.
Review 6：Nice design, matches the pictures, everything made of good quality materials. Even had a Jacuzzi in the bathroom. Breakfast was very very good - the best i ever had in any hotel ever. Also the restaurant inside the hotel is very good as well. And not too expensive.

Review 8：This is a beautiful and neat place, with stone houses located next to an organic farm. The rooms are beautifully and tastefully designed. The garden and the farm are beautiful, just exploring them was really nice. They also have a restaurant where they use the fresh vegetables from their farm. We ate there one night and it was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In general the atmosphere of this place was calming and laid back. Plus it is located in one of the prettiest villages in Zagori - Papigo. A very very recommended place.

Review 15：This is a lovely family run hotel on the edge of an old village in the Zagorian mountains. The service is excellent. In fact we were given a lift to catch our bus many kilometers away as it was en route to where the churns of sheep milk were being dropped off. The food was delicious, much of it freshly picked from the garden. Our room was really an apartment with tasteful decor and very spacious.

Review 17：Great hospitality! We stayed in the family room on split level which is very spacious and comfortable (almost like a house). The enthusiastic owners know the region very well and will provide you with all necessary information. Nice restaurant with organic food. Don't forget to visit the little shop of Spyros wife in Kapesovo. Delicious home made marmalades!

Review 21：Hospitality is great ! Kostas and Spyros have a excellent knowledge concerning the place , walks, tasty food and company . The resort is in great location for Vickos walks and river cayack. Megalo Papigo is amazing village and with little (micro ) papigo the best village among the others in zagorochoria !!! Try it !

Review 27：We liked very much the location and the style of the property - amazing views (it is less than a minute walk to the centre of the village but in the open as well where you could enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains)! The owners were very welcoming and friendly, they have given us all the information needed (what to do and what to see in the area). Food was also excellent, we ate all our meals at the property restaurant - we didn't actually look for any other restaurant, we were extremely happy to eat there. Congratulations to the owners they are doing an amazing job - keep it up guys!

Review 55：I was totally surprised by this beautiful hotel, situated in an extraordinary location in northern Greece. Everything from its cleanliness, its location, its room decor (which included a sauna) and its dining choices, all were first class. As a photographer looking for the perfect setting to do my thing I place this hotel as one of the best in the world and will surly come back with family for a long stay.

Review 58：Really excellent little hotel set in beautiful stone cottages with a beautiful lush garden that supplies the daily food and surrounded by dramatic mountain peaks that just leave you in a place of utter awe. The service is excellent too. We were really looked after both for our stay and food needs but also with tips for our hike across the Vikos gorge. For the hikers who decide to go on the 6 hour hike from Monodendri to Papigko, the hotel is right at the end of the trail! So after a challenging steep hike uphill there is nothing better than making a left turn and into the shower! The breakfast is so lush and tasty with fresh products and hams and cheeses from the garden and the animals of the farm and dinner also offers a gourmet experience of great traditional greek food. Very simply cooked yet full of taste. It is open all year round. We found the 6 hour hike in Vikos challengign under 35 degrees but it is such an amazing experience that we are plannign to do this again in the Spring or late winter when it's still 30 degrees warmer that in Norway:) We were told that Astra Inn is open all year round so this makes planning easy.

Spiros & Kostas and their team are great in making you feel at home, and helping you to discover the stunning nature and breath-taking mountains around Papigkon. Breakfast is lovely and lavish, and in the evening we were surprised by delicious home-made meals, inspired by what is available in the garden or what is collected that day in the mountains (mushrooms!). We very much appreciated the stories in the evening on the history of Sarakatsani family life. In short: a great experience, that will make us undoubtedly come back!
