Review 1：Room 7 for some reason BBC1 the only channel I wanted to watch had no sound. The kettle wasn't near a plug. The wifi was poor because we were at the very top floor. The shower was more a drip as more water was leaking out the other end of the hose where it joined the shower.

Review 2：Lesley was very friendly and opened up breakfast area so we could watch tv together and made us a pot of tea. The rooms were okay and the location was good for metro station to Newcastle.

Review 5：Quality of accommadation in general was not good breakfast; we have never had such a small breakfast certainly not award winning no towels and bedding smelt of smoke ( smoking ) early checkout 1000 am this to early 1100 am is usually the earliest at most places i cannot say to much as this was not for us.

Review 10：Great location with easy access to Newcastle city centre. Nice and accommodating staff. We decided not to travel with our dog which seem to genuinely disappoint the staff so you know when they say pet friendly they mean it. The room was small but clean.

Review 11：There was a stag party in who were incredibly noisy and inconsiderate, arriving from the pub about 2am and proceeding to sing, swear and chat until 4am. There was no effort to shut them up. Breakfast was poor. Overall one of the worst experiences I've had at a B&B, not the B&B's fault, more the stag party.

Review 12：Had a car park space, walking distance from the sea front and the shops. Room was comfortable.

Review 13：we were only able to stay for 4 nights and asking if this is a problem at our arrival. Answer was : no Problem! at the end we have to pay for the full 5 days. very very disappointing !!!

Review 16：For the purpose we booked the hotel was perfect. Some of the bathroomswere shared which some guests may not be overly keen on but this isadvertised on the website. No bar, which didn't bother us but againcould be a problem for other guests.

Review 17：Owner and staff were lovely, very friendly and approachable.Locationwise we were a 5 minute walk from bars and restaurants etc.Although a basic B&B it did the job, the rooms were clean and thebeds were comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price and wastasty. No complaints from our party.

Review 19：honest old fashioned welcoming guest house. Couldn't fault the welcome from the hosts.

Review 20：Water pressure of the shower was very low on the top floor, No major issue but it took a bit longer to shower. Not a lot of room for on-site parking, but parking a little further down the road was no problem at all.

Review 21：Snug little room which was clean and so was the bathroom. Bathroom was on-suite even though my booking said it was shared so that was a nice bonus. Breakfast was not included with my booking but it was no problem to still get it once I got there. Very nice owners who make you feel at home and cater your every need. It's very close to the beach and also the town centre and a metro stop just at the top of the street. Just off the main road and away from the bar street so nice and quiet and no people keeping or shouting you awake at night. On-site parking.
