Review 1：Common areas are little bit neglected, outdated, would need a facelift.

Review 7：Very old and bad looking hotel located next to the cathedral. So you can sleep only till 6 am before bells start and after 12 am, because just in front of hotel shows take place every day. Few small parking places not enough to park bigger car than golf. Parking is not really safe. Rooms are very dirty. Furniture is very old and bad looking. Air condition was very loud and generated no cold air. Breakfast was awful with black omelette. Never ever come back!

Review 15：It is veeery pretty hotel in very good location. In the centre of the city. Big rooms, new furniture (perfect beds) and climatisation. We stay for one night. We 're four people and we havent food.
Review 16：When we arrived, there was no one at reception, after a 10 min wait werang the hotel, an low and behold the phone at the reception rang andsomeone came to answer it, we told them that it was us, so don'tbother to answer it. The tv is according to the website, international,but no English channels.

Review 69：No elevator (lots of stairs and distance to rooms), Air conditioning worked for about 10 minutes and I left the room to buy water, when I came back there was a disgusting smell and the air conditioning had completely stopped working (temperatures were over 30degrees in the room)-told a member of staff the next morning- he apologised but didn't seem remotely surprised, no hairdryer, holes in the towels, holes in the bedspreads and holes in the towels, There were only heavy duvets and blankets on the bed, no sheets- at the height of summer. Breakfast started at 7 but a lot of items weren't out and the coffee machine wasn't working by the time I had to leave on business at 7.10.
