In the heart of Mayrhofen, Alpendomizil Neuhaus enjoys a quiet location in the beautiful Ziller Valley. It has a large spa area, a well-assorted wine cellar and free parking.

Review 1：Free toiletries advertised but only provided hand/body wash - not good for washing ladies hair! Also all rooms very warm, including dining room. Spa area only open from 3pm until 8pm and difficult to get appointment for facial in salon. Also same entertainment every evening but might be due to time of year.

Review 2：Good food; helpful, friendly staff; comfortable rooms, particularly the superior rooms, and great views from ours. Excellent facilities for adults and children of all ages, ours especially liked the bowling, pool and family sauna.

Review 3：What a helpful, friendly staff! I had a special request which involved printing out an email and then scanning it and emailing it back after my signature. They couldn't have been more helpful and I was very grateful to be in their hotel!

Review 5：This is a terrific family hotel that is also good for any traveller who appreciates service and substance, and values those things above inconsequential details (though come to think of it, the shower was great and all the plug sockets were in the right place too). We had a huge room, fine service from every single staff member we met, good food every day, and were accommodated thoughtfully away from large groups and noise at the highest point of the season, with the hotel full. Parking is chaotic but free and plentiful next to nearby buildings and in a field, all of which the hotel appears to own. The laundry service is exceptional - things returned to us almost before they had left! There's entertainment every day and it too was of a good standard, and free. The pools were popular and the garden perfect for sunbathing when you're not off walking the mountains. Mayrhofen's a good centre too.

Review 6：For this price in a 4-star hotel the quality of the Wifi-connection was extremely poor. We missed in our suite a small fridge and also there was no airco. The dinner was of very bad and cheap quality. Taking the dinner is like a "rush hour". They serve it in such big hurry (despite the notice outside the hotel that kitchen is open till midnight). Sometimes you got already the food, before you even could order a drink. They never asked you for a coffee after dinner. The restaurants has the same atmosphere as having lunch at high school. The food is of poor and cheap quality. We even got food poisoning (probably because of the fish). Sometimes they serve buffets. Be sure you are one of the first guests to get something, because otherwise you cannot enjoy anything.

Review 10：The only negative is that there is no air condition in the hotel. Not in the room nor in the restaurant or breakfast area. It was extremely hot during dinner and the 30 degrees outside felt very fresh compared to the air inside.

Review 11：Stayed a week with my family and we booked a family room. It turned out to be two rooms, one master bedroom and a living room with a bed sofa where two people could sleep. All very clean and spacey. The garden with sun beds and a pool was very peaceful and relaxing. We all loved the stay here very much.

Review 12：At meal times you had to be quick - some choices from the buffet bar could very quickly run out. Restricted access to the fire hose on the 2nd floor - reported to reception.

Review 13：This was our second visit, having had our honeymoon here 30 years ago. We had a excellent time and loved our junior suite (it was enormous) and the views from the balcony which were lovely. The food and meal options were good and breakfast buffet generous. An exceptionally nice hotel with excellent facilities and staff who couldn't do enough to help.

Review 15：The hotel was towards the edge of the village so not too noisy but 10 minute walk to all amenities.The staff were professional, pleasant and friendly.The hotel was Austrian in style, beautifully clean and nothing was to much trouble for the staff.

Review 16：If you don't pay extra for the spa area, the free swimming pool and sauna are less relaxing (and even quite noisy) than other less expensive and luxurious hotels. They give you only one towel for the pool and sauna, and this is not enough, and twice they forgot to replace the dirty towels.

Review 17：Very friendly staff, very nice and spacious room. The location is good for skiers who want to explore the entire valley because it's a short walk from the train station. The main cable car and the town center is about ten minutes of easy walk, but the skibuss stops right next to the hotel.

Review 18：We had a suite, which was fantastic. This was our second visit, having been there about 6 years ago. In particular the food was better than we recalled. Our only slight negative was the length of the walk to the Penkan but this was solved by storing our ski gear at the ski shop opposite the lift. I would not hesitate in recommending the Neuhaus to anyone visiting Mayrhiofen, we intend to visit in the summer and will be staying there.

Review 19：Pool is good - although small - sauna etc very good. Nice playroom for kids. Full Board meal options are pretty good even for a vegetarian and breakfast buffet is generous. Well located for station, shops and for bus up to ski lifts - which are only 5-10 min walk anyway. We stayed in a suite which was ample space for a family with a small child. Traditional décor throughout of typical Austrian style.

Review 20：WiFi was terribly unreliable - couldn't connect to the network most of the time and when we were able to connect it was very slow. The staff attributed this to the fact that the hotel was at full capacity during out stay (400+ people). The half board dinner menu was quite limited with different choices not always available (eg, no choice of appetiser or dessert on most evenings, only one dish so you can either take it or leave it). The pillows provided in the bedroom weren't comfortable.

Review 21：Our room was incredibly spacious and we had a nice view of the mountain from our balcony. Location is very close to the train station which is convenient for getting the ski bus to surrounding areas.

Review 23：The food was delicious. From our arrival till our departure the staff were friendly and very efficient. Our waiter was so lovely and worked so hard. The barman was at first a little reserved but worked so hard. The hotel is very near the railway station ans a ten minute walk uphill to the penken lift. Great hotel - very good value

Review 24：The personal was having problems with understanding an order, so it was difficult to get a proper meal in the restaurant. 9 days we had the same breakfast with no change at all. One chair was broken at our arrival and remained so also at our departure. The sky room was across the garbage room. The uncleanness of the ground floor was striking.

Rooms were much bigger than expected, had a balcony with great view of the mountains.

Review 28：This place is top notch! Balconies for smokers. EXCELLENT food for breakfast & dinner! OUTSTANDING staff! We went for the Return of the Cows (Almabtrieb) A MUST see at least once in your life. We will return for a quiet relaxing weekend away.

Review 29：Great wellness, We were very happy that the hotel offers a half board. Location is right in the centre if Mayrhofen, huge rooms, we were with small children who enjoyed the swimming area and the great sauna world for adults is just amazing. It was our second stay in this hotel and we will come back again.

Review 37：The hotel layout leaves you imposing on others at times, although limited. The half board dining felt like a school canteen and was uninspiring, the menu needs simplifying and modernising. The 'Live Music' was the same every night other than Thursday. The sames songs gradually louder as the night progressed.

Dinner finished at 8pm this was too early for us to enjoy après ski and then to walk back and get ready for dinner, then it is a walk back if you want any night life. This is a perfect hotel for people who ski/walk, enjoy a big dinner then have a relatively early night.

Review 85：It is a very big hotel. If you are looking for the personal touch I would recommend staying in a smaller hotel. It has that mass group travel feel. It was a short walk to the ski bus station but they don't come often enough and on the way back it takes far too long to get back to the hotel. 1 hour trip (from the top of the mountain).

Review 86：The food was really good and great value for money. We enjoyed every meal. The rooms were also a good size, clean and comfortable. And the wellness area was great, big and never busy. The reception staff were also very helpful and answered all our questions.
