Review 1：There were mosquito's at night, ask for the gadget against mosquito's.
Review 2：The owner and his wife went out of their way to give advice about the area. Were interested to hear what we did each day. The room was cleaned daily and linen changed after 3 days. The pooled looked great with garden furniture for sun bathing. It is one minute from the beach and shops.
Review 3：Only downsides were that bathroom was very small and shower cubicle very very small! Mattress on bed was very firm with little give and if just a little softer would have been so much better.

Review 6：Conveniently located, not on the beach but 100mt away so it's quite but it only takes 3min to reach the beach. The domatia has a beautiful swimming pool and garden to enjoy. Kitchenette and fridge in the room and nice balcony. Clean, quite and the owner is very friendly and helpful. Several restaurants nearby, kala nera is perfect for families with small children (we stayed in late Sept, perfect weather) and Pagaseon is a very good choice, we loved it.

Review 9：There is no good parking spot close to the house, in generale, Kala Nera does not have quality parking.
Review 10：The staff are outstanding, the poll is smoll but very clean, cleanliennss iz the premier, double rooms are situated on east side, that was very comfortable, air conditioner was used rarely, athough temperature was above the 30 C degree, WiFi was available in our room

Review 16：Lovely clean well kept pool and garden. We had a side room, which kept the room nice and cool. The owner was very friendly and helpful and recommended places for us to visit in the area. Although our stay was for only 3 days, as we were touring the Pelion, we will definitely be making a return visit next year.

Review 32：I was given room #22 and the wifi there sucks so I asked the guy at the reception to move me to another place with better wifi, he gave me room #24 first floor, wifi was excellent there.

Review 37：The family were very helpful in advising on travel arrangements and welcoming on our arrival. Everything was very clean; the pool was excellent for swimming and we were only a few yards from the beach. Centrally located but quiet. Very relaxing.
Review 38：Nice and professional welcoming, wide and clean smimming pool. We booked a studio for 4 persons, well arranged (kitchenette, possibility to eat on the balcony). Ideally located at 200 meters from the beach (but not too close either so that the noise of the restaurants around will not bother you at night).
Review 39：Would have preferred to be told in advance that they did not accept credit cards. I settled the bill on a Sunday and was very fortunate that the only ATM in town was working. There was no kettle in room.

Review 42：The staff spoke good English. They were friendly and very helpful in finding out the times of buses to Volos and the mountain villages. My studio was comfortable, the air conditioning efficient and I especially appreciated the cooking corner and the balcony. I would stay there again.

For me the water in the sea and swimming pool was unexpectedly warm in mid-May. Close to beaches and restaurants. A real value for money. I would like to come back again.
