Review 1：Spa is really not as great as what you expect with pictures. It is really small and only have three places to sit down. Spa smells like chlorine and is not really warm. Wifi was really bad and sometimes not working at all for few hours so don't go there if you need to work. Though beds are really comfy, duvet is terribly hot so didn't slept that well. I think it is overall too expensive for what you get, but it is still a nice place to be.

Review 7：The hotel is hard to find, is not where it appears on the online maps, so you have to ask the locals for directions, or pay attention to the signs. The hotel has no parking space, and the streets are very narrow, lucky we found a place on the street in front of the hotel. The spa area is small, the sunbeds are not so cleaned, the water in the pool is cold as ice and the one from the Jacuzzi had a lot of chlorine. Also the hotel has no restaurant and there is only a small tavern in the neighborhood but it was ok for us.

Review 8：Excellent panoramic view, a very good place to start visiting the villages around and make trips in the mountains. The rooms are nice decorated and you have enough space. The breakfast is very tasty and has wide offer. The staff is very supportive and nice. Clean and quiet location with a good value for money.

Review 9：The spa section was noisy, nobody to manage it, hammam was off no instructions on how to operate it, reserved a massage but the masseuse never arrived.

Review 20：This was a great place and I wished I could have stayed longer to explore the area there is so much to see and do in this area of Greece. Villages forests great food even a ski hill at the top of the mountain. Had the best massage by the pool side by 2 lovely massage therapists this treatment warrants a return to the hotel don't miss this treatment it is why you are there to relax.

Review 23：We stayed in the Stevalia suite and it was well worth the upgrade. Spotless and spacious room with beautiful furnishings and decor throughout. Large furnished balcony with an amazing view over Volos. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Large windows open up with screens allowing for a wonderful sleep with fresh mountain air and no mosquitos. Staff were very helpful and friendly and available 24/7. Helen and the others made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was very good. We have stayed in many beautiful places, my husband and I both vote this as our favorite. Stevalia Hotel and Spa is highly recommended.

Review 24：The spa facilities are nice and new, but not well organized. The pool is cold (room temperature). There is nobody to help you with the equipment. It is not possible to book an appointment. The WiFi signal is strong in some rooms and very weak in others (the speed is good though).

Review 25：New and cosy. Each room has different style and decoration (we were a group and stayed in 4 rooms, each one different to the others). VERY spacious rooms, some with jacuzzi. Very clean. Excellent beds and matresses. Very good breakfast. Polite and helpful staff. Great price-quality ratio in December 2014.

Review 27：Firstly walking in we meet the front desk lady which was very sweet and thining oh ok we are just lucky to have her but actually every single member of staff we met from the kitchen to the breakfast to the front desk and cleaners they where all amazingly kind. The room was very clean. The beds had the perfect mattress not too hard not too soft we had a choice of pillow one softer and one harder. We had good wifi connection. Breakfast was lovely with fresh products. My fourth hotel in the area and I would stay there again next time.

Review 28：In the middle of the third night we woke up freezing to find out that they have turned the heating off and there was no blanket in the room. "You should have asked" - they told us in the morning. Really? There is a gap between the description and reality: The indoor swimming pool is unheated The spa was dark and closed ("we open it if you ask") The "Junior suit" is actually a room with a sofa. The bed area is elevated on a podium which is very inconvenient The view - two small windows with a hint of sea view in the corner The in-room spa bath - it is there but impossible to use due to the insufficient water pressure

Review 87：The Hotel was just fantastic. It is located 0.5 km from Portaria which makes it cheaper and at the same time very close to the traditional villages and Volos. The room was cleaned every day and that thing really impressed me. The staff was always there. Through face to face and telaphone, they were so close and helpful that you feel really like they are millions. Breakfast was good. The Spa Facilities are perfect. I have been to others as well but these were really good. Clean, Perfectly working, with specific timetable and recomendations. I went on a period out of season so the prices were very good. so it was a good value for money. I think for this specific weekend it was he perfect selection i could make.
