Review 4：The location is great. Allways place for the car. Nice view, calm little village. Perfect place to relax. We liked the restaurant too, good food, friendly staff.

Review 5：Cash payment needed, indicate in advance card or cash. True for almost all Croatia. Don't bother with sandy beaches, there are some but all fine grit at best. No problem if u have slippers! Especially avoid Split beach, very dirty, cig ends everywhere, packed, parking problems.

Review 7：We really appreciated the cleanliness of our apartment, with a very modern kitchen and bathroom, and the friendliness of the staff. The location of the property was good, just a few meters from the sea and rather quiet. Directly in front of the hotel's restaurant starts a boat which takes you on a few minutes' cruise to a very nice island called Krapanj. Nice garden!

Review 8：We were almost charged for an extra bed, but we had not got. Breakfast was really poor, only one or two kinds of sliced bread. In the bathroom there was smelly because of the drain.

Review 11：We had very nice stay in Villa Rosa! All you need is present, beautiful see view, 50 m to the sea which was one of the best on our way (we have traveled up to north). Apartment was cleaned every day, breakfast was basic but enough. And very good location, close to Split, which we liked a lot, Sibenik and Krk waterfalls. Stuff was very friendly and helpful! I sure would recommend this place to my friends!

Review 12：The room on photo looks newer than it actually is. No possibility to sleep with windows open - our room was near street. Had to use the conditioner, which blows directly on the child's bed. Holey old linens, unpleasantly strong perfume smell in the hall.

Booked a standard double room with balcony and seaside and received a completely different one instead - they have decided to give it to us without consulting about it with us... Even though I have been calling them to double check if the confirmation email was true, they haven't mentioned on the phone either that they plan to give us a much poorer room.... Thankfully we could bargain on the price to offset the quality drop

Review 15：Very kind reception staff, with a restaurant right at the see side, bar is just brilliant with very nice bartenders, and great selection of drinks! Ice cream was nice too!
