Review 2：Exceptional hotel personnel, very good restaurant with plenty of choices, nice and warm swimming pool. Ski instructor Gunter is by far the best instructor my daughter has ever had. Can't wait to come back

Review 15：Dinner food not acceptable - they give you a €10 credit to go out. Male staff v helpful, all female staff bar 2 were surly and generally unhelpful. Owner too cool for school. Pity.

Thelocation is in the middle of Saalbach with access to 3 cable cars socould not be better for hitting the slopes early.Spa was lovely apart from a cold swimming pool. This was a midnight booking made by me in the UK for my girlfriend and her sister who had booked their own accomodation elsewhere to arrive to a freezing apartment with no hot water. They had to sleep in their snowboard clothes, but thankfully Eva Village were super accomodating when they rocked up at 8am as the reservation I had made had not been processed by booking.com. Highly recommend the hotel.
Review 21：1. lack of any smoking area in the hotel which is a "standard" for Austria, and regularly available in all other hotels, bars and pubs in Saalbach (in the period of our stay it was freezingly cold outdoors) 2. a bit inflexible and inhospitable attitude of the hotel owner and some staff in communicating certain 'rules of behavior' in the hotel, especially during dinner time (not listed in general hotel description)

Review 23：The do not desturb sign that falls off every time you open the door(getting it off a wooden floor is easier said than done). There were alot of kids in the hotel, just suggest to seat families seperately andnot allow them to run around... It wasn't always the case and we don'thave children ourselves so probably less tolerant than most.
Review 24：We thoroughly enjoyed the Superior Junior Suite design and the besthalfboard meals that we have ever experienced. It was absolutely worththe extra Euros to upgrade the room type as it felt like home due tosuite size and modern design. Liked the assigned dining area where youhave your breakfast and dinner, beats the "where do we sit today"process that one doesn't need whilst on holiday. Very good location andright next to slopes and Eva Alm. The staff were very freindly andextremely helpful. Thomas in particular due to his command of theEnglish language, but all of them were very eager.
