Review 1：I didn't like that I only stayed 1 night, I could have stayed much much longer.

Review 2：I liked the friendliness of 'mine host', his attention to detail, the excellent decor of the hotel, bedroom, and en suite.

Review 10：Derek was available to book me in early, so I could go straight to relative's home nearby. Single room was very clean and comfortable with newly refurbished ensuite. Scrambled eggs for breakfast were perfectly cooked and presented. Derek was very pleasant during my short visit.

Review 11：Lovely location, so close to the seafront. Great shower, loads of hot water, fluffy towels and very comfortable beds. Great breakfast, especially the fruit salad. Friendly and efficient hosts. Wished we had stopped longer.

Review 22：Parking is difficult, got approached by one of the owners because my car was not in the middle of the white lines, which you can barley see, parked somewhere else the rest of the week and noticed other residents were parking over the white line, two of these told me they were not approached !

The guys were friendly and great, the lovely lady that helps with breakfast is like having another mum. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was tasty and hot. Review 33：Had a lovely 2-night stay at the Lemonfield Guest House and found the hosts - Derek & Grant - to be two of the friendliest folks I'd met on my 12-day trip to England. The facility was perfect in every way and I will definitely be back again!

Review 34：How welcome I felt, and arriving alone late at night very safe. The room was clean and warm and homely. It was a pleasure to stay there, and within easy access of the beach and all facilities Seaburn had to offer.

Review 37：Room to small for us a double and single bed in the room it was not big enough for 2 of us so glad we were not 3 to much in a small room a television but would be hard to look at the way the room was. We were there for a family funeral for 2 nights but would not like to stop any longer because of the size.

Review 40：There was only 1 chair in the double room. We mentioned this to the owner and he explained that not all the furniture had been delivered on time and he would be putting another chair in. So that problem was only temporary.

We received a warm welcome and the place was clean and comfortable: just a few minutes' walk from the beach and plenty of good eating places. Try Gabriele's Italian restaurant on the sea front: good food at reasonable prices. We hope to stay here again.

Twin room had everything we needed, comfy beds & pillows,plenty hot water,hairdryer, tea,coffee, etc,good decor, very clean, fluffy white towels and a lovely full English breakfast. Refurbishment starting 27th Oct to include a lounge, bar and a hot tub,so it will be excellent when it all done.Would definitely recommend Lemon fields to friends & family .Beautiful coastline, Near to city centre , Stadium of Light,Museums, Metro, Aquatic centre,resteraunts.
