Review 1：We had unfortunately bad luck with the weather resulting in more sightseeing of the island than planned including walking the Imbros gorge which was also nice.

Review 2：Nice all-inclusive hotel with a personal feeling. Excellent service and a very good local buffet with many choices for breakfast as well as lunch and dinner. Compact hotel area with all facilities nearby including private hotel beach by the ocean. Strategic location outside Chania with direct access to the main road along the north coast and free parking. Helpful staff in reception including guest relation manager "Antonis" talking excellent English and assisting with whatever question you have. Very good over all value for money.

Review 3：The all inclusive non alcoholic drinks were rather limited. We didn't have a TV signal for most of the time we were there and as it rained a lot that mattered. The Wifi was also fairly poor, you certainly couldn't stream any media.

Review 4：The location was lovely and the hotel and grounds were well laid out. It was only a 15 minute walk along the beach into the village. The beds were fantastically comfortable and you were provided with a selection of pillows so you could choose the one that suited you best.

Review 5：Red and white wine on tap could have been a bit better quality but there was always good quality bottled wine available at an extra cost so not too bad.

Review 6：Staff were excellent and our children loved it, the animation team were really friendly and helpful and all the staff were attentive to any of our requirements and always made a point of greeting our children and made us feel very welcome. Good location for children and they loved the swings, slides, beach and swimming pools, would definetely go back.

Review 7：It is a totally Family hotel with screaming kids everywhere ..... in the middle of NOWHERE ..... boring if you are without kids !! It is not a 5-star ..... maybe good 3 or midlle 4 !! Food is ok .... but NOT greeat and drinks are horrible !!

Review 12：Everything was good, and the kids enjoyed but just to mention small points; 80's activity in the evenings (Karaoke, Bingo) Working Staff was short, so when they are doing activity outdoor, the close the Kids Indoor facility, it comes to that, that we got only one chance to visit it during the all vacation.

Review 24：Already in June super noisy and crowded. Have to reserve sun beds early in the morning (by 8AM). Forget swimming in the pool as it's taken over by swarms of kids. Loud animation and dance music until 11PM. Nearby swamp provides infinite supply of mosquitos during the night. High prices/assumed standard don't match with some weird practices in the buffet (clunky utensils dispensed from metal containers, super small teacups and glasses, one flavor of dark tea) and the idea of paying for beach towels (we were paying for all inclusive, but would have to upgrade to VIP for that privilege). Wifi is practically useless, was roaming on phones instead.

Review 30：The internet was so slow . There are extracharge for the saving box that made me so frustrated .they told me not included in all inclusive .i think it is a silly. I had to bring my bag with the passports and credits every time i go from the room.

Review 39：We were initially dismayed by how many children were at the hotel, but we coped by avoiding peak meal times. Once we had acclimatised, they ceased to be a nuisance anyway, (i.e. it was probably more our "fault" than theirs!). Some "adults only" places/times would have been welcome, especially in the main swimming pool and the bar.

Stainless steel balcony railings and proximity of sea to the outdoor restaurant area made it feel like we were on a cruise! Big enough hotel to have all necessary facilities but not massive (thankfully).

Review 41：The hotel is next to an army base. There was one short practice while we were there- 20 minutes of guns/ tanks firing at a boat in the bay the boat firing back. It was very frightening at first when we didn't know it could happen or that it was an exercise.

Review 51：The food was really bad (mash potatoes done with vinegar, very bad croissants, ridiculous queue for the orange juice in the morning, pastries and french fries not fresh, 3 days old omelettes) and they were many noisy children so that sleeping after 7:00 am was impossible. Review 111：We were 3 young people and we booked a room with mountain OR garden view but we received a big wall where the sea was drawn. As a couple we took the big bedroom and except the fact it was no tv in the room we were really happy but our friend was sort of disappointed because instead of sofa bed he got a little extra bed. My only issue was regarding the cleaning, but again-not so bad. :D If you need something you are free to ask. Stuff is friendly. :D So, if you don;t consider these as issues-Kiani Beach is the perfect place to spend your holiday. :)

Review 112：We enjoyed the staying regarding facilities and comfort, the swimming pool and the sunbeds were lovely. Also, we were very happy with the food and drinks. Location is above 24 km from Chania Center but if you wanna experience the town and other beaches you can easily rent a car from the hotel, without any kind of deposit. For families with children I strongly recommend the place. As young travelers we missed a little the atmosphere as we could only hear the (relaxing) music from one side of the swimming pool-just in front of the restaurant. But we satisfied as we asked for Greek and Spanish music and seems everybody enjoyed it. Also, hotel offers gym, sauna and also the tools and places to have fun and play different games-with or without payment. Thus, the value for money and facilities definitely worth. :) Oh, I forgot to mention about the hotel view: perfect. :)

Much to choose between at all the meals but it all tasted the same ( very little.. ) The only thing whitch tasted really good was the fetacheese but after only eating feta, tomato and cucumber it starts to be tiresom. Couldnt eat any of the desserts, they were all very, very sweet. And I like Baklava... Whitch is sweet. The beach was ok for bigger kids and adults but not for small children. Got deep very fast, and a lot of rocks and stones in the water. The poolarea was better for children. It was free drinks, for exampel lokal beer. The beer was very good but the ones who served it looked like they had been eating citrus to breakfast, lunch and supper.

The 'allinclusive' program is not so 'all inclusive' - E.G. itdidn't include bottled water nor 'real' juices; onlyfiltered coffee offered within the program + time limitations. Onlyoranges and apples served as fruit. Paid safe. Not so many tv programs(if you need to watch it at all).

Review 128：We visited the hotel in May, therefore it was not overcrowded. The staffwas very friendly. The hotel is clean and nice. Beautiful views. Thefood was good most of the times, tasty desserts and fresh salad. Therewas ice cream available at lunch/dinner time and at the bar. It wasclose to Chania and its location is good for exploring with a car. It isa family hotel so there were mainly families with children. Free parkingand internet.
