Review 1：Swimming pools were very very cold - the indoor pool was supposed to be heated but my daughter couldn't use it as it felt ice cold.

Review 2：The villas were well furnished and our villa had a perfect sea view, we loved lying in bed at night listening to the sea. We liked the feeling of being in private accommodation but close to the facilities of the hotel. Villa was beautiful. Would highly recommend.

Review 3：Didn't like the fact that sun loungers were not automatically put out near villas and you had to go and ask for them.

Review 5：For size of Villa the kitchen facilities should be better. e.g. No Toaster or Kettle and limited utensils. The hotel's Indoor pool would be better if not salt water.

Review 6：Excellent Modern Villa, located right next to beach and good facilities available with Hotel Astarea, including nice outdoor pool. Fairly quiet location which suited us with around 6-7 restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk in Mlini.

Review 7：The staff in general were quite serley, felt like we were asking too much wanting a drink or to check in our luggage early. Pool staff won't put umbrellas out if rain expected in the afternoons despite full sun in the morning, very lazy attitude. No pool bar service round pool which is a shame

Review 9：They oversell the best accommodation. We had booked a villa with terrace but we're originally given small apartment. This seemed standard practice. We ended up in a apartment in a 2 story building with balcony. It had a good view but was not what we had booked.

Review 17：Had to pay rent for sunbeds and umbrellars on beach. For such a pricy hotel it should not cost extra to use facilities, like sunbeds. Kitchen needs stove, not just cooking range and microwave oven. glasses were broken when we arrived. Had to ask for new ones. Hard to get sunbeds by pool; people block sunbeds early in the morning by putting towels on them, but leaving them unused for most of the day. Hotel needs stricter policy for this.

Review 18：Very nice pools, both indoor and outdoor. Nice beach and patios by the sea. Good restaurants on the premises. Nice staff at hotel. Great housekeeping.The villas were nice, clean and effective. Perfect for family.

Review 19：A towel police for the pool would be a good idea. Plenty of guests reserve a seat with a towel while being absent for multiple hours.

Review 20：The 3 person studio was comfortable and clean with a great view (all 3 person studios have a beautiful unblocked view on the bay). Busy parking, but somehow there was always a spot left (i.e. thus big enough). Good Wifi all over the place (there are plenty of business hotels who don't manage to offer this). Superb location (close to Dubrovnik, Cavtat, Korcula, various islands, ...). Nice pool area and access to the beach within a few steps (kids paradise).

Review 21：We stayed at one of the beautifully designed water view 1 bedroom villas and upon arrival immediately wished we could have stayed longer - loved the tranquil sounds of the waves, the balcony, the spaceousness of the rooms and the proximity to the beach and town restaurants.

Review 24：Kitchen facilities disappointed. No kettle, no ironing board, no microwave. This was very misleading as it was advertised as a 'fully fitted kitchen'.

Review 36：Beach bar service is very slow and the food is disappointing. No shop in Mlini apart from the souvenir shop which sells pop and water and the nearest supermarket is at least a 10 to 15 minute walk away in Srebreno. Nowhere sells English papers or books.

Review 37：Location is excellent for a peaceful break, villas are virtually new with good storage areas, air conditioning and large balconies.The pool area is superb with plenty of sunbeds and the bar area at the hotel Astarea is very good. There are a small number of restaurants in the resort and a few more in Srebreno which also has more beach bars. Boat trips to Cavtat and Dubrovnik can be arranged in the resort and the bus service to Dubrovnik only costs 18 Kunas each (approx. £1.80), there are bus stops on the main road into the resort (bit of a trek up the hill but worth the visit)

Review 49：It was really nice stay. We stayed in Sea View villa's house for 9 nights. Clean and newly equipped. Hotel is based in quiet and green location, close to beach, newly built beach bar and swimming pool including children playground. I could recommend this accommodation also to families with children.

Review 78：I didn't like breakfast at all. Every warm meal I have tried, was not tasty. Nobody welcome you at the entrance, when we came after 9 am all tables were dirty after previous guests We always had to wait long in restaurants, especially in Oleander to be served. I think that all hotel staff need customer service training. Maintenance service should be on place. It is a pity that air conditioning was not working in my villa for 3 days. I was given an apartment in hotel, but I would be much more happy to have air conditioning repaired. Water in pool is not heated.

Review 79：We had really great holidays in Mlini Villas. Villas were specious, well equipped with good design. Master bed was comfortable. Unforgettable sea view from the terrace! Nice brand new pool area. Good service in the reception. Especially Margita.

The "Villas" are brand new apartments (we were one of the first occupants), good size for a family w 1-2 kids. Location is close to Dubrovnik either by boat or car.
