Review 1：It doesn't have a parking lot.It's not a big deal because you can park around the hotel or close to it.

Review 2：The area is fabulous and the hotel is very nice clean and in perfect location! The reception is very helpful and excellent people and the food is very good excellent tastes and service!

Review 3：A couple of female bar staff grumpy. One pool never saw sun all day due to position, so no one used it all week. No bar inside hotel. Very quiet as most things had shut down due to end of season.

Review 8：Excellent staff - wonderful welcome from Antonis and a consistently friendly front of house team, Penelope, Phyllis and Despina, multi-lingual and approachable. Good, spacious, clean and comfy rooms with all amenities, great breakfast with delicious fresh orange and the fun of feeding the geese and huge trout in the river adjacent to the terrace. Direct access to the beach with beach bar and free sunbeds, overall a great quality hotel for a surprisingly reasonable price in a charming little authentic town in a beautiful region of Crete.

Review 16：I was looking for a 3 day stay at a beach side hotel that has a beachside service with easy and pleasant beach access. This hotel offered me exactly this. Friendly staff and comfortable double room. The hotel is located on a lagoon with ducks which makes its beach side area even prettier with a very pleasant outdoor eating area.

Review 18：It is not easy to travel alone but the staff at Kalyves Beach did everything they could to make my time at the hotel enjoyable. Everywhere in the hotel was spotlessly clean and I was very impressed with the hygene at the buffet meals.

Poor soundproofing / you,ll wake up whenever one of your neighboring room's alarm clock rings...or somebody walks on the corridor...No privacy on the balcony & it is tiny as well. All inclusive drinks only covered beer and white/red wine- no rose or other "local spirits", except RAKI- which was merely nasty tasting moonshine comparing to a bit better distilled stuff.

You don't have free access to one side of the bed! The bathroom will not allow you to be two person inside. The Wi-fi was allmost zero! The breakfast was poor! If you have babys forget this hotel!

Review 38：Great hotel, great position. great staff. We spend 6 days in Kalyves on the all inclusive option and we were very happy with the hotel, service and the food. The room was renovated in spring 2014. Would come back again.

I could hear TV and conversations going on in rooms that were 3 away from mine! But as I spent very little time in the room anyway then the above are minor gripes.

Review 44：Beautiful location as hotel is right beside the sea and also a small river. Also very close to amenities of Kalyves village which is a busy little place with its own character. Staff were excellent - friendly and very hard-working and the hotel was spotlessly clean. When the strong winds deposited a load of sand over everything, it was very swiftly & thoroughly cleaned off!
