Review 1：- staff never came to clean, they only provided fresh towels - the blankets were really small - bathroom was old and it took long time for warm water to come! - breakfast had good variety but quality was poor - high price for what it offered

Review 9：Central Location and great facilities for the event I was attending. The hotel is being refurbished but it represented excellent value for money and the room was large and spacious allowing me to spread out and work more easily.

Review 10：The staff were extremely generous when our flight was delayed a day. They upgraded us to a suite for free and offered us free international phone calls. They were fantastic!

Review 11：Hotel is a little faded and the toilets smell (ever so slightly) of wee, as do those in many hotels (even those belonging to large chains). Come on hotels! They need a proper clean, not a quick wipe over!!

Review 12：Excellent staff. All very friendly and really helpful, speaking perfect American. Couldn't fault them! They didn't even mind me storing my race bike in the room or using a communal area to dismantle and put it into a bike box. Our three-person room was also massive. It was like a suite.

Only one Wi-Fi account per room is allotted although the reception was happy to provide us an additional account upon request. The same items were repeated for breakfast over the 3 mornings we were there, although the taste was good. The washroom did not have a toothbrush and shampoo, only soap and towels were provided.

Review 97：Some rooms have windows on the street. Thus there can be lots of noise. Especially since there are no A/C in room and can be hot in spring/summer so you need to keep windows open. Also on the first day the bathroom wasn't very clean. No kettle and coffee/tea in the room. TV very old with not too much channels. And finally some rooms have very poor wifi coverage but some have so you have to change if you want

Themirror was shady, somebody just took a cloth and wiped it....have beenstaying in that hotel for nearly 30 years, this was the last time !!
