Review 1：Internet was not very strong in some part of the hotel and was interrupting (e.g. in the room sometimes).

Review 2：My weekend vacation was great. The hotel offeres free transportation to the train station of Bük that is very convenient for people with no car.Wide variety of additional services offered and very pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely go again.

Review 3：Room fee includes the full house service (3 meals / day) but the hotel is not providing a takeaway cold lunch. Most of the activities around the location (e.g.: bath) are full day programs so you have a very high chance to lose the lunch which you have paid for. There were no "Do not disturb" tags provided which we could hang out and the cleaning lady was knocking on the door until we opened and replied we didn't want cleaning. There were no signs about the wet floor downstairs and my son slipped and hit his knee.

Review 5：Right next to the hotel, there are building new part of hotel. So, there is a lot of noise. SPA area with pool and saunas is very small and in saunas area is not enough privacy. Our room was not clean. We had dirty towel and mess on the floor.

Review 6：The most, we liked nice view from our balcony. We also liked rich breakfast and dinner. Lunch was very simple (just two kind of meal (one vegetarian), soup and salad) but we were not very hungry, so it was enough for us. There is nice bike path directly from the hotel to Austrian border and to Bukfurdo termal spa. Parking on site for cars and bikes is safe. We borrowed bikes in very good condition in Infocenter in Buk (400 HUF/1 hour/1 bike).

Review 7：there are no slippers in the room - there is no chance to buy it in the hotel, you have to go out in a shop.... unbelievable.... the bed is not comfortable at all, you can feel the spring

Review 18：We have got a full board service, but the lunch was very poor though the breakfast and dinner was excellent and of a variety of choices. Unfortunately for lunch you can choose from 2 meals, one with meat, other without. This would be also ok, but I am not happy with Hungarian milánói makaróni and krumplifőzelék - this is far too poor for a 4 star hotel.

Review 19：Good and sufficient breakfast and dinner. Nice area. Free bike to cycle around. Very nice facilities for the massage, recreation activities. Free sport activities.

Review 20：I booked for all inclusive. On our last day we left with the kids a little bit earlier and I asked at the reception whether we can have some sandwiches instead of the luch (that I paid anyway) since we had to travel a lot on that day. They said it is not possible. In my opinion if you are the host of someone (even at home) this is absolutelly the MINIMUM. The price you pay for this hotel is not in-line with the service at any area. The wellness part is very-very small. If you would like to enjoy Bükkfürdő then you have to go to the public bath.

Review 21：Excellent staff, very good facility, fine dining, saunamaster Thomas is very happy man with expirience, big flatscreen TV, good Internet, near the Austrian border good price for value.

Review 22：Spa and massages could be better. The flower in the roomis covered by dust(. 3 days didn't change the towels.

Review 23：Very comfortable hotel. Not far from Buckfurdo (10-12 min walk, 4 min by bus cruising from hotel for free). 4min walk to the nearest supermarket. Food is good, wifi is good, the room is rather big.The black cat of the hotel is charming :). It would be better if the staff speak English. I think I will return to this hotel with my mom in some future.

Review 24：We stayed here a few years ago and we can say that the hotel lostit's shine. The spa is not maintained, thermometers aren'tworking in the saunas, the rooms is far from being clean, we'veseen mould in the bathroom!!!, The food is of cheapest quality,tasteless, the fish was smelly, and the best thing: in a holistic,relaxing hotel they play live gipsy music!!! The worst thing is that wecomplained and the staff wasn't surprised at all! Shame, it was agood hotel one day.

Review 27：Good and kindly personal, breakfest and dinner too, lunch isnt good. In hotel is welness with pool and whirpool and several saunas. To the spa Bük can walk about 15 minutes or by free bus.
