Review 1：The location is situated amidst greenery, away from any noise, close to a lovely sandy beach, where you can freely deploy umbrellas. The villa is fully furnished, equipped with all facilities for recreation and cooking. There are plenty of free space for children's games. The villa is furnished with exceptional style and attention to detail. The owners are very nice and helpful. At a distance of 5-10 km. are lively towns, where you can walk to eat fresh seafood, and to shop souvenirs. The location is great for families with children and people who want to get away from the city noise and immerse themselves in peace and quiet.
Review 2：You need a car since all the shops for everyday life are in Kassandreia (10 minutes' drive away). But it's not a deficiency, it's a feature.
Review 3：The place: a small village (villas and townhouses) near the clean sea, pines all over the seaside, green lawns. The air, rich with sea, forest and meadow smells. Beautiful sunsets. A cozy beach with white-grey sand and some pebbles. The size of the beach is right enough for the number of people living nearby (in other words there are not too many people, no noise, no disturbance, no people selling food and staff at the beach, no night life). There's a restaurant, a beach bar, a mini market. The house: charmingly decorated, with a very warm lovely atmosphere. Two bedrooms with double beds, one kids bedroom with three beds (one bunk bed and one sofa). All kitchen equipment. Spacious sitting-room. Big terrace. TV and media-center. You'd feel yourself at home. A lawn in front of a house. Small kids next door for your kids to play with (ours were happy about it). The owner: very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Not worrisome or annoying, should you be afraid of it. How to find the house. Mind, it is a part of a duplex, not a villa as it is. It is 5 minutes walk from the beach. When you come to Elani bay resort, do not drive into the parking lot of the resort, but take the road to the right, and the third house will be your destination (if it is not the third, the dear owner will correct me). Places to visit and shop: Afitos and Kassandreia. In Kassandreia are all the shops you might need: bakery, butchers', supermarkets, pharmacy. It is quite a busy town in between two coasts. Afitos is a must. It's a wonderful old town with a number of old Greek houses, stony pavements, restaurant, shops, good views over the sea.
