Review 1：you had to climb a lot of stairs from the seaside to the villa, but at least you did your daily workout

Review 3：Since it is the top floor the place tends to get hot and the A/C doesn't help much in the bigger room (it is OK in the smaller one). The WIFI signal was patchy.
Review 4：The house is located in Plat, near Dubrovik. There are several beaches within walking distance - we usually went to the one by the hotel Plat with a beach bar. The beaches are pebbly, the water is crystal clear - generallyt the coast is lovely in Plat. You can also use the swimming pool that belongs to the hotel. Ther is one small mini market in Plat and a bigger one in a nearby village (you need a car to get to that one). From Plat you can take a boat or bus to Dibrovnik and Cavtat. The owners were really freindly, the apartment is huge, with tow balconies overlooking the sea, there is no noise from the main road. You need to walk up from the beach, but this takes maybe 10 minutes. The view and no noise make up for a short walk.

Review 6：The room is small and lacks any facilities and no wifi or coffee making facilities but is clean and the bed is really comfortable. There is a good view from frontal area. Beware the steps back from beach are a killer if your unfit, like i am. Its located on the road where the bus drops you, just head back the way 3 minutes. Nice owners. And handy to be beside the bus. Fridge , shower and hair dryer worked well.

Review 13：Vila is located in the village of Plat,with a views of the Adriatic. Dubravka and her family welcomed us in the villa. They were so kind and polite and helpful, showing us all we needed to know & make our stay enjoyable. Our flat was VERY CLEAN and quiet without carpet but with marble floor. The kitchen was full furnished. The place is full of fig trees from you can take the fruit and the olive oil is delicious.Cavtat and Dubrovnik are very close by the bus. Thanks to Dubravka and her family. We'd loved you and your home. :)
Review 14：not much, we welcomed the hike to the beach or pool as part of our daily exercise while sightseeing. Need to know that the offsite parking is very close to the vila, again no issues.

Clean, quiet, close to the beach, Cavtat and short bus ride to Dubrovnik. We will come back again!
