Review 1：Fantastic place very helpful, although their are a lot of steps up to the Villa it was well worth the climb,very comfortable,food excellent and very comfortable.Highly recommended.
Review 2：The owners were very friendly and helpful, the guy, after finding out what we liked made suggestions of places to visit and he took us twice into Dubrovnik and only made a small charge for petrol for the second trip. Although our first room was OK they moved us to a better room when it became available on the second night. We had an issue with our bathroom but I was rectified within a couple of hours.
Review 3：The house is difficult to find, as Trgoviste isn´t actually a street. You have to climb a high stair to reach the rooms, though the owner helped us to take the luggage. We stayed two nigths, but they never cleaned the room! The room was an attic, with no window, but a door heading to a balcony. In the room, the wi fi didn´t work.
Review 4：The view was very nice. The owners prepared home-made tasty meals, and were very kind to give us directions to go to Medjugorje and Mostar. The small beach in Mlini was clean, and not so crowded as in Dubrovnik. Better to go by car.
Review 5：Great location and view. Lovely pool area :). Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Wonderful and helpful host. You can choose to have breakfast and dinner there, the host is also a great chef.

Review 9：This is a family run Hotel and the owner was very friendly. Nice room (no tv) and home cooked meals (delicious). Swimming pool was small but sufficient. Dino (the owner) would do anything to make you feel at home. We used the swimming pool for a couple of hours after we handed over the room key. It was a bonus as it was very hot.
Review 10：The Villa was 60 metres off the road, up steps!! So carrying bags is hard work on a hot day, wouldn't recommend unless you have a car.

Review 12：Accessing Dubrovnik can be tricky without a car so you have to plan carefully around the Mlini boat and bus schedules. Ask for rooms on the middle floor (esp. 3) as they have better views, ceilings and wifi. The upper floor has a slanted roof and gets much hotter during the day. Despite this, we all had a marvelous time and the warmth and care of the family more than made up for the small inconveniences.
Review 13：Dino and his family were exceptional hosts. Every morning he picked fresh figs from their organic garden for breakfast. He prepared the most delicious meals we had in Europe. Dino went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and did everything from arranging for boat trips and pedicures to ordering a delicious cake for our daughter's birthday with one day's notice and surprising her with a gift! We will never forget our wonderful experience or the memories we made. If you want to have an authentic experience and get a true sense of the country and its people--Villa Adriatic is your destination.
Review 14：We enjoyed our stay at Villa Adriatic. The location is close to the beach and to the bus station for Dubrovnik. Our room was clean and comfortable. The view from villa is beautiful.
Review 15：What I didn't like was ,when I asked young lady who was working there where can I put my stuff to fridge and she has asked me to hold her cigarette which she was just smoking in the order to show me a fridge which I could use ... I think it's was pretty rude!!!
Review 16：Nothing really except the fact you have to climb approx. 100m of altitude difference when comming back from the beach. Not an issue if you are young, but older people should take this fact into account.

Review 18：I didn't like the fact that the room is without any hangers to dry the clothes and towels after the beach. There's no table with at least 2 chairs to prepare a sandwich or have a cold juice. No fridge as well. There's a desk, but without any chair around. No place to just leave the clothes somewhere, unless you want to put it in the wardrobe. Small balcony without any chair to sit and at least something to put towels to dry... Room is with beds and everything else you can put on the floor.... Generally prices in Dubrovnik area are very expensive, this was rather good deal, but still no value for money, and wouldn't go back for longer than 1 night.

Review 21：We arrived at late night.owner was kind to pick us up at a grocery because we didn't find them. We leaved in the morning, so we didn't see to much at the property. The see wiew at the balcony was fantastic! And in the morning I realised there are nice common places to use with also a beutyfull see wiew.it can be also good to relax at the pool.

Review 23：We lived in a room overlooking spectacular sea. The owners Dino and his wife are wonderful people, always ready to help. Any our request Dino was decided in a moment. My husband was a birthday and Dino organized for us a dinner with grilled meats and delicious homemade wine! The Villa Adriatic is located over the road and the beach is a staircase that did not spoil our holiday! Every day to see from my balcony boundless sea-incomparable pleasure! On one evening we wanted oysters and Dino organized for us a dinner with fresh oysters! The room was very clean and tidy. The Villa Adriatic has a swimming pool and how pleasant it was early in the morning or in the evening go for a swim and cool off in it! Thanks again Dino and his wife at our fabulous vacation! We will come to the Villa Adriatic again, now with children. Croatia is a wonderful country with stunning sea and good people! I advise everyone, who wants to feel the real hospitality of the owners, to have a delicious dinner and a cool pool and stunning sea views, you will find the Villa Adriatic!

Review 33：If you arrive by car be prepared to search for a spot in the common area. Although the house has a separate spot we never went uphill to park our car there.

Review 35：The owner at first gave us free access to use the kitchen and the fridge only to later say that we had to pay to use the kitchen. The owner offered what I thought was a shady deal saying that he would offer a full dinner for only 10 Euro while telling me that Italians had to pay 20 Euro for it. He made dining deals while having no license to offer food. The day before we left, he demanded in a very aggressive and threatening way to pay for our full stay right away, without any prior notice, with the excuse that he had to take his wife to the hospital. He started throwing insults at us based on our nationality, showing he was seriously discriminating. We seriously considered reporting his unacceptable behaviour to the police. I would not recommend this place to future visitors and whoever chooses to go there, please do take caution because it might otherwise ruin your holiday in a really wonderful country!
