Review 1：Carpet seemed not that clean a little bit smelly while I was staying at the hotel.

Review 3：I really enjoyed my stay here at Fiesta. The pool and the sea are just one step away, so it was really good and lovely!!! I didn't rent a car, I just walked to go to the T Galleria, and it was fine for me. I definitely would come back to Fiesta when I visit Guam again. ;-)

Review 4：Water pressure of the shower was not strong enough. It would be better to improve. Wi-Fi was not stable. It was not a big problem since I was attracted by the wonderful beach and the scenery.

Review 5：I was living in the room with sea view on upper floor. The scene was incredibly gorgeous! I was relaxed in such a spacious room. I love it very much! Another point to mention was the convenience in swimming at the beach. I could just walk to the beach in few minutes from my room. Staff were all very helpful. I would definitely choose Fiesta Resort Guam when I return there :D

Review 8：Restaurant buffet was pretty lousy. Cooked in advance and cold. Fruit was't ripe. Really lousy value for money considering you are somewhat trapped at the location if you don't have a car.

Review 9：When I arrived and checked in I was told by the staff that I would "like my room, it was very nice". It was actually the Royal Suite !!! I was obviously floored since I had booked a normal room. 120 m2 of space, beautiful large balconies. That's Fiesta for that luxury treatment!

Review 13：I am originally from Guam but wanted my family to be right at the beach. Fiesta's location and staff was wonderful! This was a trip to see family after 10 years -- but Fiesta made our experience a dream vacation to paradise-- our time in Guam was better than our vacay in Hawaii.

Review 18：When I first arrived to check in it took awhile to actually be helped at the counter, and the lady wasn't very hospitable either. You can hear the busses, cars, and worst of all construction work being done outside while trying to sleep in. It made it hard to sleep and be relaxed, especially for the price we paid. It wasn't worth itn.

Review 20：The Fiesta is one of several high rise hotels along Tamun Bay beach. They depend on large groups so there are always big buses, masses of suitcases, etc. But, as a Business traveler I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received during my five night stay. I honestly think $175 a night with no breakfast and a parking lot view is a bit high. Breakfast and dinner rates were also high, but numerous options within walking distance. I had a nice experience overall but if I return to Guam I'll shop the rates.

Review 21：Surprisingly pleasant and comfortable bedroom, great lighting, good natural light, all with an upscale, not beach, look. Little fridge, good wifi, and tea kettle. Small but Upscale bathroom. Bed must be good I slept fabulously. Used the guest laundry room, everything worked at reasonable prices. Nice staff.

Review 22：I was very disappointing at the wi-fii. It was slow and jammed at night. They limited three users per room. However, we had more than three devices. It was frustrating and it was one of the reason that I would not stay at this hotel. Moreover, there was a problem with the front desk staff. We came in at 6am arriving from HKG by United Air. We did not have a good sleep. I talked to Jesse, the front desk. He was very helpful and tried to get us the room when it was ready. However, he was off duty at 7am. When we returned to the hotel at 1pm to check in and the lady there told us it had to be 3pm. I tried to explain to her that we did not sleep much due to the flight and asked her to help us to get our room as early as possible. She promised to come to the lounge to inform us when the room was ready. It turned out that she did not care at all. I had to walked up to her three times to ask about my room. At about 2:30pm, all other guests got their rooms except us. Then I walked up to her again, she attended other guest but me. She just kept me waiting then she told me to go to her colleague for my room keys. Obviously, the room was ready but she did not bother to inform me. She did not have a name tag on her uniform. I was too tired to remember to ask her for her name. But she definitely had a customer service problem. I was surprised to see such an attitude in a four star hotel.

Review 23：The beautiful ocean view of the balcony in my room. It was magnificant from morning till night.

Review 24：there are some ants around the television set/cupboard, and th humidity is always high at nighttime, but the air con cant help with that.

Review 25：the pool n beachside are perfect. towel service is great too, and the little convenience store is really helpful. In addition, there are numerous parking space.

Review 26：We traveled with two young children and while the accommodations were a bit aged the calm waters, white sand beach and grassy area were great for the kids. The microwave, kettle, mini fridge , and laundry facilities made our stay with the kids very helpful.

Review 29：The bars and restaurants shut at 9:30pm on the dot. The restaurant is expensive for young children to eat in (buffets need bigger discounts for younger guests). Some room cleaners were much better than others!

Review 33：I liked the location and the fact that the hotel had quick access to the beach. The beds are twin size. So couples had to sleep separately, but comfortable. Water activities were worth the money. Did not charge for parking.

Review 35：All hotel rooms are directly facing the bay with a fabulous ocean view. The night view is just unbelievable. Although it is a little pricy but I guess the view and location is what they think worth the price. Hotel has nice swimming pool right by the beach. We played volleyball and basketball in the pool and took pictures, which have both the pool and ocean in one picture - simply magnificant.

Review 49：The first room we were in was a little shabby and had bugs, but we upgraded to a higher floor in the Deluxe section, and it was much better; the hotel forgot to arrange our airport transport in the morning; we wanted to see the nightly show, but couldn't pay for just the show, had to pay an exorbitant price for a bbq we weren't interested in eating.

Review 50：(1)The kids pool that was shallow enough for my 3 year old daughter to stand up in; (2) the staff who were accommodating when we needed something special; (3) the calm, fish-filled, shallow waters of the beach just outside our hotel.

Review 51：It is getting a bit tired. Air-con in the room was ineffective and although we complained, was not fixed, so we slept in 27 deg humid conditions. Thank heavens the beds were comfortable.

Review 52：The Hilton was full so my business colleague and I chose the Fiesta as it was well located, had a pleasant outlook and had ready access to our business appointments. Top floor gave a great panorama. Big convenient parking area.

Review 107：The location is great! I like the beach, so clean, so relaxing. It is near Guam Premier Outlet where shoppers can find branded items at really bargain prices. The taxi service is efficient. Overall the transportation was good, free bus to DFP and red bus to just anywhere for $4. We ate at Samurai and the food was excellent. The Cafe is also nice. It is such a vacation place!

Review 108：poor in room facilities: tv was broken the electricians have to bring in a new tv, air con sucks remained at 27'C after 2 hours and the reply was yes it takes time. After quite some discussion they transfer us to another room with a free upgrade.

Review 125：They do not have the early check in service as I saw in other comments. My flight arrive in the midnight, so I was trying to get the early check in service 2 weeks before the trip. The hotel told me to book the room for one more night, but the room was fully booked at the time. They do provided a room the day we arrived, but it was pretty expensive and with full price.

Review 126：The location is excellent, right next to beach, and easy access to restaurants and shopping area. The room is simple but comfortable, has everything I need. Stuffs are friendly and happy to help. AC works well and the room is pretty dry and don't have the sea smell.
