Review 1：Our only fault was that unfortunately a previous customer in our room must have been a smoker, and the room was really overpowered with the smell of cigarettes. I think perhaps staff could have tried to refresh the room a little better before we checked in.

Review 6：Parking was awkward. This is not a hotel but more like a bed and breafast. There was no lift and my poor husband had to carry a heavy suitcase up two fights of quite steep stairs. Room was tired looking. Not what we expected at all. At £95 a night we did not think it was great value for money.

Review 8：Parking is not a problem but neither it is ideal. Spaces are limited but between 4.00pm and 10.00am you can use a (genuinely) nearby public car park without incurring charge or penalty.
Review 9：The breakfast was outstanding with many excellent touches such as soya or almond milk, coconut water, fresh fruit and good coffee. Service was very good but never 'fussy'. The hotel was always very quiet during our stay and we were surprised at breakfast by just how many guests were actually staying. Great soundproofing.

The title Hotel however does imply that there is a full service.

Review 31：We had an exceptionally large room and well furnished, with the exception of a very 'small' double bed. For the room size and comfort a Kingsize of Superking would be much more appropriate and fit in with the cost of the room. During busy periods, parking availability is also a bit of an issue, but irriespective of the above, we would consider booking again.

Review 45：The bed could have been a little comfier. The mattress had seen better days and it could have been easily fixed by a mattress topper. The shower could have been more powerful when it was on hot. An iron in the room would have been helpful but I could make do with the hairdryer. An internal phone would have been useful too, to call down to reception if needed. But these are just minor things.
Review 46：The rooms seemed like they were recently renovated. Very modern and clean. Far nicer than the guesthouse that my friend stayed in a few doors down. The staff were great and very polite. I think it was the owner who spoke to me over breakfast and asked if I needed directions or a cab to where I was headed. I was only there for one night but if I was going to visit the area again then I would definitely stay there again.

Review 53：It's not a hotel, by any manner of means. It's a reasonably decorated B&B where the cleaning lady doubles up as the receptionist and newly arriving guests aren't allowed entry until after 4pm and even then the door is only opened when the lady isn't answering the telephone or operating the vaccum cleaner. We had a large room, with easy chair and sofa, but only one bedside table, only one accessible power socket, hardly any milk and only one pack of biscuits between us, which seemed rather mean. Walls very thin between us and the next room, their TV was incredibly loud until quite late. Other visits note that it's in a one-way system which you may have to go round more than once - additional free off-road parking is located down a narrow alleyway to the rear.
