Review 2：I LOVED ALL OF IT To get out of the spa uses your keys to go down the lift walk past one of the most romantic heated pool setting I have seen over a great footpath that takes you both ways along the beach ONLY to get to a real nice safe beach WITH good surf it was best place to be for all the family made for kids and the young at heart

Review 3：Paid $4500 for 9 days they wanted us to pay for extra toilet paper washing liquid etc and only partially serviced it once there was no oppurtunity to recycle anything other units we saw provided for it very disappointing in those aspects

Review 9：The location was great. We walked everywhere didn't need to use our car The unit was excellent and well set out. The lounge was not very comfy but everything else was great. We are definitely going back for another stay shortly.

Review 10：The room could do with an upgrade. For what we paid i was a little disappointed with the room. Dirty dishes, food caked onto knives and forks, no pantry, ensuite was tiny, uncomfortable sofa with dirty stained cushions (looked like little spots of blood). There was hair in the bedroom draws. It just seemed generally unclean to me. I probably wouldnt stay here again purely because its way over-priced for what you get.

Review 30：Some of the kitchen utensils need updating. We thought it was a bit rich to be asked to pay for dishwashing powder/liquid when we'd paid a fair bit for the room already.

Review 31：The third bed which was a rollaway bed for our 10yr daughter didn't fit into any of the bedrooms due to the size/design of the bed and the size of the bedrooms. The bed really only fitted in the lougeroom in the evenings, which really isn't what you want when you have young children as you want them in bed at a reasonable hour before adults.

Review 59：Overall an ideal location for the 10 nights I stayed as I was moving house. The spa in the main bedroom was a huge bonus. There was every conceivable kitchen utensil so that I was able to cook all my meals. Great view from the lounge room of the ocean. A fully equipped laundry helped me to do my washing. Outstanding location and within 50 metres to the beach.

Review 60：The noisy air conditioning (sounded like a jumbo jet), the small uncomfortable bed, blades on shutters not able to be closed, the narrow and extremely uncomfortable sofas, and the severe rules eg you will take out the rubbish or you will be fined.

Review 62：We loved the beach was so close. Lovely walks along the boardwalk to other beaches. Cafes ,markets ,street life was walking distance. We drove to outer attractions eg Australia zoo, Maroochydore cruises, glasshouse mountains etc then came back to Rolling Surf .Great central spot

Review 65：Couldn't sleep the first night as there was a loud noise like an air-conditioner running on overdrive. We figured out it was just the wind rushing around the building and found that if we opened the balcony door slightly that it fixed the problem. The private sauna didn't work so we used the resort one instead, no biggy, we reported the sauna broken at check-out.

Review 66：The apartment was in a great spot, right on the beach with a good coffee shop and fish/chips just downstairs. Walking distance to the surf club and other shops. The room was very clean including the kitchen and all of its utensils. Good value for money, particularly as it was school holiday time.

Stayed in other units previously and this was not the case. Balcony too small for larger groups. Suit couple only. Bbq area too windy and cool to sit comfortably.window coverings not child friendly. Brittle timber blinds not sufficient in winter.wind drafts not pleasent.good block outs more suitable. Lounge and cushions dirty and musty. Soft furnishings poor choice for frequent users.

Staff were very helpful, location was ideal. Hired a surfboard from local surf shop. Hired bogie boards from hotel for kids. Overall great place to stay and will defiantly stay again. Pool and games room were great for kids. One of the best holidays so far. Going back next year!!!

Review 107：The location is amazing and that huge pool is fantastic. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. I loved the spa bath and the staff were so nice. They really helped us out and even kept some food in their fridge after we checked out and wanted one last swim! Very clean and very quiet, perfect short getaway.

Review 108：The pool is very poorly maintained. We have stayed here the last two Decembers' and there have been many tiles that are fallen off. This year they even had sandbags in the pool over the areas with broken tiles so people didn't injure themselves. You would think that the maintenance would be carried out in the winter months so that it is at its best in peak times.Also there is no shade in the pool area to sit.

Review 123：We got a great deal for a 2 bedroom rooftop apartment. The kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms were lovely with a terrific spa bath and good air con. Excellent location to a patrolled beach, restaurants/cafe down stairs, large swimming pool. We had our own private rooftop area with large table, spa and beautiful views of the beach.

Review 124：Had to mop floor upon arrival (they didn't even offer to mop for us, even though had just checked in) They never advised there would be major maintenance during our week of stay, involved jack hammering, gurneying, wet tiles everywhere (very dangerous with young ones), electrical chords on the ground. The majority of the pool had broken tiles, my daughter and I both cut ourselves.

Review 129：Proximity to patrolled beach - super easy. Easy layout of resort and quiet location. Good cafés etc downstairs & across the road plus handy to shops etc. Lovely open plan with a modern but relaxed feel. Carparks good size for large family cars.

Review 135：I liked the fact that everything was within walking distance, the view was beautiful from my room, and the room was spacious. I needed to getaway from busy Brisbane and it was exactly what i needed.
