Review 1：Had to change room because AC was nosey. Second room had wasp nest on patio so couldn't use it. A13

Review 2：The settings was good but too far from main road and not well sign posted

Review 3：IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP OR TO RELAX. 12-14 hours of LOUD MUSIC from the pool bar - every day till late in the evening. Management did not take any measures about it. The only people that really enjoyed the party were the staff of the bar and their friends. The noise ruined the whole experience.

Review 4：Perfect location, private sandy beach, clean water, not crowded, close to markets and restaurants.

Review 5：No playground or other facilities/services for kids. Rocky beach. Chilly at night. Very bad/limited cuisine in the resort restaurant. Poor breakfast with rotten/old food. No entertainment.

Review 7：This hotel has serious maintainance issues. The first room we were placed had no balcony as advertised. Room was dark and damp. Small windows would not close properly. Safe was out of order and shower was cold. Definitely not a place for a vacation at this price. We were offered an upgrade by the kind manager on the third day which was a relief. But the windows would not shut again and the safe did not have a key. Next morning we woke up with the sound of water pouring down the spotlight in the bathroom ceiling which flooded the room. First we were told that nothing was wrong. Then one guy told the cause was over-watering the rose upstairs.

Review 9：Wifi is not constant and need to sign in every couple of minutes, again again again ... very frustrating. Service at the Beach bar is slow ... no ice cream at all !?! Taverna is working only for lunch but not for dinner !?! Sun beds are absolutely at the maximum number for such limited space at the beach, and it does not matter if you are guest of the hotel since there are some booking reservation (in advance) - very limited space to walk through sun beds to the water

Review 11：double room apartment with back room under ground level, stairs of different height (easy to beak your leg), same applies for swiming pool, internet coverage poor, breakfast area full of wasps, hot chocolade worst kind, staff at the beech not very active

Review 13：No activities in the hotel. None. Swimming pools were very small and not functioning properly. Location is a bit "in the middle of nowhere", there were no transportation options besides taxis in the area. We were given a worse room than the pictures shown here. The pictures do not correctly reflect the rooms of the hotel. No shuttle services were provided. No eating options, only 1 restaurant for all meals, same menu everyday. Definitely should not be regarded as a 4 star hotel in terms of comfort, quality, ease of access etc.

Review 19：The wi-fi access in the room was very bad. I was able to get a signal on the balcony but barely anything inside the room. There was better wi-fi reception at the beach itself!

Review 20：Nice comfortable room with enough space for our family of four. It has a sandy beach with rocks at the shore entrance but there is an amazing sandbar 5 meters out that was shallow enough for my 4yr old to stand. There is a beach bar with quick and excellent service.

Review 21：Room smelled of old, windows did not have mosquito nets so we had to choose between being eaten alive or sleeping in an oven as this room was right under the hot roof and kids were sleeping right under the AC. We choose the mosquitoes, but were kept up by car traffic in the adjacent parking lot until long after midnight.

Review 22：Beach is nice, long and sandwiched between deep pine forrest and green/blue sea. Food at the taverna was OK.

Review 23：- sunbeds booking arrangements with Ms. Stella (booking one day in advance, Ms. Stella deciding who sits where); - the need to book sunbeds in advance at the beach bar not communicated to tourists upon check in, tourists left to "discover" themselves the need to book in advance (whilst most sunbeds in first and second row from sea are empty and locked until around 2 p.m., waiting for those who booked them in advance); - the sea: seaweed, stones (painful to enter the sea); - toilet at the pool not cleaned sufficiently often, no liquid soap etc.

Review 24：- pizza at the beach bar - excellent! (unfortunately, they serve it only after 6 p.m.!) - clean hotel; - "lost and found" spot - very clever idea.

Review 25：- no information on what to do in Kassandria (we were looking for a boat trip) - reservation on beach chair (even if you are staying at the resort, they are trying to move you to another spot because yours is reserved - no way to know which one is free) - some people are forgetting that people are sleeping at 2am and start yell and talk loudly at your window (smoke too) because the balcony is open space on group level, anyone could enter and sit there.

Review 27：Staff at reception specifically a woman called Elsa Chantzaridou was extremelly rude because i complained for an aircondition constantly breaking, no hot water and especially she was sarcastic when i mention that a two seated sofa doesn't fit me (1.70cm) and my 1 year old baby to breasteed and get him back to sleep during the nights. The worst is she didn't even understand her behaviour..Autrageous!!!also breakfast trays were empty and dirty with dead bees most of the time and greek coffee pots (briki) constantly dirty. They are definitelly not a 4 star place.only rooms to let in a great location.

Review 29：for this price I expect a bath. There is one beach cafe and one tavern and one mini market. They only possibility to eat is at the tavern or cook your own meals. the food at the tavern was good but not great. The pool master was strange/moody, he was impatient in explaining the kids why they could not swim in the small pool (which was being maintained).

Attention!!! nothing around, only 1 restaurant, nearest village at 3,4 km.

Review 35：The standard double room is small and the windows are also very small. I would choose a studio next time. I would evaluate the restaurant as 3*, we usually only served breakfast here, but the location and other facilities as 4*.

Review 36：Very nice location, beautiful nature and quiet place. The beach is very close, though on top season or weekends it is a bit crowded. Breakfast is reasonable, you can find a few of everything - eggs, bacon, cheese, vegetable, fruits, small cakes and so on. Cleaning performed every day. Free sunbeds. Overall i recommend this resort.

Also no possibility to rent a car in hotel or around (better to do this in advance, in airport or Thesaloniki)

Review 68：1).Nature is so beautifull around! Clean pure water, comfortable seashore with wooden umbrellas, pine forests and no eny other hotels in location. 2). Daily room service. Nice rooms on 2nd and 3d floors with balconies. Mosquito mesh on the balcony door can be set if needed. Bathrobes, slippers, refrigerator, electric kettle. 3). Good breakfasts in taverna with a seaview. After 12.00 taverna works as restaurant (till 23.00) 4). Staff of the hotel is welcoming and really nice 5). Quite place in September, when high-season period is finished. 6). Tennis court is in 5 minutes walk distance (equipment is provided on reception). Out-door swimming pool with salty water. Route for walking to Siviri (20-30 minutes through pine forest, alongside seashore).

Review 69：Upon arrival there was no offer to assist with the bags considering the room was quite a walk away. Staff not very helpdul with information either.

Review 73：staff failed to provide deck chairs to their customers on the first rows as they had them reserved for external visitors who had them rented during summer - this is ridiculous in my opinion!, there were no working showers by the beach side, breakfast was very poorly prepared and of low quality, parking is an issue during day time as many people that are not lodging in the hotel are visiting the area and share the same parking space, finally most of the blinds in the room were old and couldn't be locked

Review 76：I have been to 4star hotels across Europe, in Cyprus, in the uk,Austria... I can tell you that if you are used to lets say a 4starMarriott standard, this hotel will disappoint you. The room was dirty.The shower was small, and the curtain shower had a really nasty smell.Whenever you had a shower the whole water would just fall out of thebath and flood the area around the toilet (and we used to be careful!)My wife was complaining that that there was no place to put her makeupor make her hair (in bathroom and in room!) There was a single table inthe room which had a mirror behind it - bad luck as the placed ancientsmall tv on it hiding the mirror. (Signal was bad) The bed was hard anduncomfortable. Even though the sea and landscape was magnificent,getting a sunbed was a hard part. There were about 6 rows of sunbeds.The first 3-4 rows near the sea were always booked by non residentswhich had to pay 10 Euro per 2beds and umbrella, leaving the residentsthe back beds (Hotel seems to care more about gaining money from nonresidents instead of taking care of hotel residents). One day we justcouldn’t find any sunbed. Besides this the one staff at the beach barwas very rude. Sunbed towels were free but some ripped. It was a petallowed beach, often I saw delinquent male dogs lifting their back legsand urinating on sunbeds! I also accidentally broke the glass inside thefridge. I spoke with the manager the one night and she said there is noproblem, and upon checking out, there was a charge of 8 Euro. Finally,for the amount of money you pay, you would expect a better service. Youjust pay for location and not service.

Review 77：We stayed at the hotel for 3nights. We paid 120 Euro p/N.(MidAugust.) The breakfast was the same every day, but it was ok. Nothingspecial and nothing too fancy. They came each day to tidy up the roomand bed but didn't change towels nor bedsheets.
