Review 1：All hotel premises especially coridors needs to be redesigned, the suite, we stayed, refurnitured. Windows in the whole hotel should be changed. The bathrobes during the stay couldn´t be changed for free.

Review 2：The only advantage of the hotel is the corridor to the spa. Beds are quite good, firm enough. Food overall was ok, breakfast pretty varied, the quality of dinner should be better.

Review 3：We had half board- breakfast and dinner were the worst ever we had. It was not possible to eat it. Only water is free of charge for dinner. We got poor information on the receptionist. Hotel has equipped with old communist style design. Price to performance ratio is really bad.

Review 5：It was impossible to close the door of the toilet and bathroom in our room. There was no main light in the room, only small table lamp. We were here to have a rest in a spa town - to relax in a welness hotel. In fact, except the first night, there was a very loud concert not far from the hotel which started around 10 PM and countinued until 2 AM. It was absolutely impossible to sleep at night!!! Finally, the cleaning woman deported us from our room before 9 AM the last day of our stay. We could´t calmly pack our luggage and have a breakfast.

Review 13：The receptionist at the spa (which is'n the hotel receptionist!!!)was very unfriendly and to the protocoll, and be aware that it seemsvery cheap at first but in the end you pay for everything extra andthey dont explain anything to you....but again thats nothing to dowith the hotel, but if you book the hotel you obviously want to visitthe spa too!
