Centrally located in Folegandros Town, the white-washed Ampelos features a pool and a stone-paved sun terrace with panoramic views over the Aegean Sea and the village. It also includes a poolside bar and offers free Wi-Fi in all areas.
The air-conditioned rooms of Ampelos are traditionally decorated with built-in beds, beamed ceilings and white and blue tones. Each is equipped with a TV, a fridge and an electric kettle. All units open out to a balcony or patio overlooking the Aegean Sea, the pool or the surrounding area.
Guests can start their day with a continental breakfast served daily at the dining area. Room service is also available, while coffees and refreshing drinks can be enjoyed at the poolside bar throughout the day.

Review 1：Shower had a way of getting everything in the bathroom wet despite our best efforts.
Review 2：We loved our stay at Ampelos resort! The owners were wonderfully friendly and helpful, and the resort was beautiful. Incredible value for the money. Folegandros is also amazing-- couldn't have been happier with our choice of island for our short stay in Greece.
Review 3：They transport us to the port without saying our ferry was on late about 4 hours ( the entire island knows that because the other hotels transport their guests to the port just 30 min the ferry arrives)

Review 5：It's the second time we stayed at Ampelos, and enjoyed it as much as the first time! We'd recommend Ampelos to anyone willing to stay in Folegandros for a couple of days. The owners, Anna, Theo and his wife are lovely and helpful hosts, they came to pick us up at the Port, and were very present for their guests. The hotel in itself is very nicely located, a few minutes walk from the center of Chora. Our room was spacious and very cosy, and the resort in itself very nice with an amazing view on the Chora, a nice swimming pool and the shared kitchen. We'd highly recommend Ampelos, such a relaxing and pretty place!
Review 6：Excellent views over the town of Chora, to the church on the hill. A small relaxed hotel, with friendly staff who were informative and helpful. A traditional property, that was good value for the price. Within walking distance to the shops and bus. A peaceful island, we enjoyed exploring.
Review 7：Wifi signal was weak in the room.... We arrived on Friday afternoon and left on Monday. Our bath towels (one per person), were never replaced during our stay which we thought was odd....

Review 13：The rooms (we stayed in 2 different room) were spotless and cleaned every day. The swimming pool was fabulous and the area around it was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. Located just on the edge of Chora an easy 10 minute stroll to the centre. We were picked up from the port and throughout our entire stay were made to feel thoroughly welcome. We even extended our stay by 3 days. I cannot recommend Ampelos enough and I will certainly go back again
Review 14：Breakfast was a little bit poor. Only bread, jam, coffee and cheese and turkey slices. There were no yogurt or eggs. Though it was enough for us. But if you used to have a hearty breakfast it won't be enough for you.
