Review 1：needed a little TLC

Review 2：a nice hotel staff very helpful in a great spot close to the marina and restaurant's. The tour bus stop is a minutes walk away and goe's to Athens.

Review 3：Very poor and uninspiring breakfast. Noisy bedroom Bar staff never available except you ask reception to find some. Food was satisfactorily cooked but then left somewhere to get almost cold before serving Not near any facilities - required taxi ride or long walk

Review 5：Staff super rude. Front desk lied about opening the pool on the website it says it was open till November. Unfort7nately staff every day had different excuse. 1. Its too cold. When it will get warmer we will open the pool. On the 2nd day it was 26 degrees. Pool still remained closed and front desk lady said they don't open it anymore and looked at me as I'm stupid. I didnt pay 100e per night to be lied to.

Review 7：Pleasant and comfortable. Not 5 stars, but well worth the price. Get a 3rd floor water view, stunning. Parking is always a problem in Piraeus, but underground free garage parking was great, the original reason I booked here.

Review 8：Room was very old and in need of an update. Several of the Electrical sockets didn't work. Lighting was practically non existent, felt like I was walking around in the dark half the time. Air Con didn't work and the room was sweltering. Hotel is in a very very noisy area - very hard to sleep with the noise. Breakfast wasn't great. No fresh fruit - only tinned available.

Review 14：Location is not good to go to the centre and beaches, it's good for the ferry boats if u r going to some other island. Breakfast not fresh and it's less than a minimum of selection, from fruits apple, boiled eggs and 'cheese' omelette, poor salad cucumber and tomato, and some other basic stuff, nothing to fill u up before going out. Rooms are very old and not kept in good shape, it's definitely not worth more than max 20e per night.

Review 18：the location is central and great view. the staff was really helpful. we had to take our rental car back to the egency but it needed to be clean or we had to pay a fine. the lady at the desk was really upset for us about the fine, so she tried her best to find us a local car wash. but because it was a sunday she couldn't find one. so she asked the maintnence guy to help us. it was really beyond what we expected and it helped us a lot, we were very happy and thankful. the pool is beautiful

Review 19：Wifi Non existent, some strange rule about no external food/drink in your room Pool overlooked by a ghetto, staff unhelpful Breakfast stale, tiny tv in room - think 1970's B&B or your grandmothers spare room. Stay elsewhere the photographs were taken from good angles.

Review 21：The beds are very low and uncomfortable. We had 2 single beds and 1 foldable bed for my daughter. They need to also update the televisions in the room. Dinosaur boxes with terrible reception.

Review 23：The Room was originally booked because of Location, a bath tub and air conditioning. In our first room the Air con did not work, a complaint here achieved a shoulder shrug. It was late and we were left with no choice but to stay the night. The next morning we decided to leave and not stay for the two days we had booked. The receptionist lady was very friendly and apologetic and through great effort she gave us a different room here the air con was working, so we decided to stay. Arriving back that evening we were shouted at by another receptionist in a very unfriendly manner because she did not know who we were. Once in our room we tried to run a bath only to discover that in our second room there was no running water, another complaint and this time with management involved we were now moved to room number 3 unfortunately in this room the water was running but the air con did not work and the toilet was faulty and leaking, so as a compromise we bathed in room 3, and slept in room 2, this was not to bad as at least they were on the same floor albeit on different ends of the corridor.

Review 25：Hotel room was more like a filthy trucker's motel. It was really disgusting with stains all over carpet and stench of old rotten wood and air conditionning. When we asked to change the room, we were confronted in a very rude manner buy whom seemed to be the manager. We were given the same rhethoric by all hotel managers that the hotel is full and that's what's left. Hardly believable when a hotel has more than 60 unit and there were only few people on the rooftop pool, bar or at breakfast area. Lying and laziness by commerces seems to be a common trend in Greece, as we've booked with 4 different hotels (between 3.5 to 5 star) already and see a pattern. This hotel is definately not fit to be anywhere near 3 stars. I would rate it a 1.5 at the most.

Review 30：The hotel was fine, I think it would've been glamorous in the 80s but is in need of a serious revamp. Location is nice with a view of the harbour from the 4th floor though the sun beds are really cramped around the small pool. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Review 32：The hotel is located in a great area. Very easy access by foot to good bars and restaraunts with a great view of Piraeus. The hotel is comfortable and clean. Yes it is a little outdated, but it is good value for what you pay. The breakfast is good. The pool and rooftop are also great with great views of Piraeus. Would stay there again because of its location.

Review 33：We had a fab room on the 3rd floor looking over the harbour, a perfect place to stay for visiting Athens by day, and by night loads of nice restaurants by the sea, only about 20 mins to the centre of Athens. Staff were also v good

Review 46：Even the non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The bathroom was falling apart and dirty. The air-conditioning system was very old. The location was in a sketchy area. The food from the restaurant was disgusting and very expensive. The breakfast food was even worse. Coffee was pale and tasted like socks. All the servers looked irritated.

Review 121：The way to the subway (10min walk) is not easy to find if you don't have a good map.

Review 122：It's an old fashion hotel with big rooms, nice apartment structure and garden view. The roof terrace offers a beautiful view over Pireus Microlimanos (small bay) and the surroundings. It also had a pool, which unfortunately we couldn't use since we were there in May and it was rainy that day. Tasty and diverse breakfast (compared to other hotels in Greece).
