Gránit Villa sells fast on our site. Featuring a private beach on Lake Balaton as well as a large garden with a terrace and barbecue facilities, Gránit Villa offers stylish accommodation and provides free WiFi in all areas.
A flat-screen satellite TV, as well as a safety deposit box and an electric kettle, is a standard in each of the Gránit rooms. All units also contain a private bathroom, which include a hairdryer. Air conditioning is available at an additional cost.

Review 1：Just bear in mind that this place is located right in front of railway. As well as some of the other villas which located along the south Balaton lake.

Review 2：Located exactly on the Balaton lake, the private deck is super nice. Aniko was very helpful and accommodating our family very well.

Review 3：Somehow, the GPS directed us to a different house, it was a big problem when we arrived in the evening. But owner was helpful to give us direction to get to the right address.

Review 4：The location of the house is great, just on the lake front, having a private beach with beautiful view. The hostess is very friendly and accommodated our request to extend our stay.

Review 5：The caretaker of the house was organizing a personal birthday party during our stay. We needed to wait to be let into a property. She was kind but disorganized, running around in a bathrobe, not professional when it came to paying the bill, I need to lend her my calculator...

Review 7：Beautiful place near the lake with a nice garden and marvelous sitting outside. Suitable also for people with children, since it is a really calm location. Plus, the villa is really luxurious and gives you a feeling of a top holiday resort even despite it is only "a lake in Hungary".

Review 11：We loved everything! The private beach was amazing and had very soft sand and you could walk out quite far because it's so shallow. The hosts were amazing and made a really great effort to communicate with us. Very personal experience.

Review 19：An excellent place for a holiday at Balaton. The back yard has an opening to the lake. Friendly and helpful stuff. Great breakfast. It's a fully equipped place for a family holiday to.

Review 20：No shampoo in the room, house is secluded 2,5 km from nearby restaurants, shops, facilities so its good 20 min walk everytime you are hungry or want to buy something or u have to come with car.

Review 23：The villa is ideal for the family and friends meetings - when you can fully utilize more rooms, outdoor garden kitchen, closed garden and direct access to Balaton. You can use equipment for fishing, inflatable boat and so on. We were a couple just spending one night here, but I can imagine longer stay with family here. There is a clean bathroom with a multi functional shower enclosure there. I liked also close distance to ferry do Tihany. I recommend Kukorica Csarda (2 km) for good traditional meals.

Review 29：It was VERY clean. Bed was super comfortable. Beautiful house with granite everywhere; hence the name! The lady (Anna) who greeted us was very, very friendly and very accommodating.

Review 30：The only not so good thing was the train going nearby, but get used to it. And i think that the same problem is in all in this side of the lake, so cant say its a minus against other places :)

Review 53：This place is amazing. A very nice woman runs the place. She speaks very little English but is great at explaining everything you need to know using gestures. The rooms are super clean. Everything is as advertised. Beautiful view of the sun setting over the lake. Lake is shallow and fun to swim in. Would highly recommend.
