Review 1：The path from the main road up to the property is short (more or less100 mt) but very steep (25% pendency). Even if one is in good shapeit's quite hard, especially after a good dinner or when carryingheavy shopping bags with bottles of water (running water on the islandis not drinkable because of quicksilver).
Review 2：The villa is run by a nice family and is located on the main road fromSkiathos Town to Koukounaries (bus stop 21 - Amoni), within a short walkfrom Troulos Beach (bus stop 20, where you can also find the nearestsupermarket) and Maratha Beach (bus stop 22). The studios have awonderful seaview and they are spacious and quiet. The cleaning is everyday except Sunday (it's clearly mentioned on the door, nonethelessthey take away the rubbish even on Sun). Excellent wi-fi and free airconditioning (believe me you'll need it, esp. In August and giventhat the Island is full of mosquitos...).
Review 3：Location - close to all the good beaches but also close to main town (for night walks). View is phenomenal. Owner was extremely kind and each day (except Sunday, but that is clearly mentioned) room is being thoroughly cleaned.
Review 4：Quite a steep path from the road to the property of about 50metres which could be a problem for people with mobility problems. However, it is very well lit with a textured concrete surface.
Review 5：Outstanding cleanliness, beautiful views, ample hot water, spacious and bright room. Short walk to a beautiful sandy beach via footpath off the main road.Good wifi.Peaceful location, bus stop at end of the driveway.
Review 6：Nothing really. My husband and I are reasonably fit and didn't findthe drive up to the studios a problem but it is very steep and thiscomment is more for information than something we disliked. It could bedifficult for anyone with mobility problems.
Review 7：The studios are family owned and we were made very welcome. The ownerscouldn't have been more helpful. All studios have a wonderful seaview and they are located on the bus route from Skiathos Town toKoukinnares. Good walking via woodland tracks to other beaches.
Review 8：Excellent location (very close to the best beaches), only 500m from the village, yet isolated and very quiet at night, perfect host, beautiful balcony with amazing sea view, perfectly clean, excellent wifi connection, proper parking... One of the best accomodations we've ever been in!

Review 10：Fantastic clean totallly functional villa, everything works perfectly; the free AC, shutters, shower with deep marble tray and shower curtain so the bathroom floor doesn't become a pond, wonderful view over Troulos bay. Great wifi reception. Steep slope up to the villa but fine in a car or on a bike. The bus stops at the bottom, v convenient every 10 mins. Lovely owners.
