Bed and Breakfast Estuary View sells fast on our site. Estuary View in Hayle offers bed and breakfast accommodation in west Cornwall, just a 10-minute walk from the beach and Hayle Train Station. The house has free Wi-Fi and parking on site.
The room has a double bed, with hairdryer, TV and tea and coffee facilities. There is an en suite shower room, as well as a conservatory with seating leading to an outdoor terrace.
A full English breakfast features bacon, eggs, beans, mushrooms, hash browns, toast and grilled tomatoes, all served with tea, coffee or fresh orange or apple juice. There is a vegetarian option too, or continental breakfast can be provided with advance notice. Estuary View is a 15-minute walk from the local shops, restaurants and pubs
Hayle is around 17 minutes’ drive from the many restaurants, shops and art galleries of picturesque St Ives. A little further south, the lively town of Penzance is less than 20 minutes away.

Review 8：Great location overlooking the Estuary (side view) and an easy stroll into Hayle town centre or the coastal path. Our own conservatory attached to the room was fabulous as were the different art pieces by the owner's mother. We like a quiet night and this was perfect. So comfortable and the owners very friendly. Excellent cooked breakfast. If visiting the area this would always be our preferred place.
Review 9：My wife had I had a great visit to Hayle and would definitely stay at the Estuary again if we visit this area. Julie was very welcoming and the breakfast was excellent, the bedroom opens onto its own conservatory. As we arrived by car having parking available was very good.

Review 16：What a lovely family - and a lovely comfortable property, a room with a conservatory no less,and a water view. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Estuary View. I felt very welcome and at home there - appreciated that i was able to have an earlier breakfast than they might have had otherwise.

The conservatory that led from the bedroom was a great addition, it was light, airy, comfortable and quiet, this led down to the garden which made for a lovely view. The bed was extremely comfortable and the food was lovely. We had a great stay.

Review 20：We were welcomed by Nic and Julia like family or friends into their beautiful home. This is not your usual bedroom plus a breakfast - the accomodation should be described as a suite, and comprises a bathroom, bedroom, conservatory lounge, opening onto a large balcony into the garden, with views over farmland and of course the estuary. The location is excellent, with the boat to St.Ives a short walk along the road, and the train nearby as well. Good restaurants and the beaches are also a brief stroll away. Julia provided a wonderful breakfast, and could not have been more friendly or attentive. Superb in every way!

Review 49：Although the bedroom was small there was ample storage space, wardrobe, drawers etc. We had our own private conservatory and balcony looking over the back garden and estuary. We could come and go as we pleased. Julie, Nick and their two children were friendly and made us very welcome, we also had the added bonus of Tony and Barbara, Nick's parents who were visiting, in fact they made us feel like part of the family, even though we only stayed two days. The breakfast was very good.
Review 50：We were made extremely welcome and had the best stay of the whole week. Earlier in the week we had stayed at a luxury hotel in St Ives that was not a patch on staying at Estuary View. We were treated like part of the family and it was like home from home. Really relaxed and enjoyable, could not have asked for more. Had a fantastic stay and would really recommend it. Thank you so much for all that you did for us and making us so welcome. Lovely to meet you all. Would not hesitate to go back there next time we are down that way. 10/10.
