Review 1：- After booking on-line, I received an email requesting a money transfer of a deposit to their bank (my bank charges for this wire service). The hotel then charged me for THEIR bank charges too (13 Euros). This process was also inconvenient having to go to my bank for this booking deposit (credit cards not accepted - cash only). - No daily room cleaning, but a 30 Euro compulsory room cleaning service upon check-out. - Supplied towels very hard/rough. - No free wi-fi (3 Euros per 30 min). - Would have preferred a higher up front advertised price, than having all the little extra fees that were added. - Breakfast 8 Euros per person.

Review 3：The view from the balcony, the perfect breakfast , the charming couple that owns the Zimmer and best of all the sound of the river in front of the hotel. Great location to the center and seconds from the cable car. Love it.
