Review 1：High standard villa, great for a family vacation, pretty isolated but with the pool and the fantastic clear water beach nearby it was just what we were looking for. The fantastic owners did everything they could to assist..

Review 2：Unstable internet connection. Lacking the little last finish on clean surfaces like inside of cupboards, mirrors and bathroom supplies, else clean and tidy!

Review 4：This is not a report of a bad experience, but having a car will be pretty necessary. The town and beach area of Gennadi have plenty of facilities, but are about 2-3 kilometres away. The beach near the house is not commercial at all and the water a bit rough. We wanted to explore several towns and beaches and wanted a good base so this place was perfect for us.

Review 5：This villa is just fantastic - we booked at quite short notice before the 'season' began and was anticipating the pool would not be working, etc. BUT the pool was so beautiful and clean, with charming multi-colour lights at night. The facilities were immaculate, great views to the sea out of both bedrooms, kitchen and living area window and door screens to keep out any bugs and many other thoughtful touches, like an outdoor spigot right near the driveway to wash off those sandy feet after a day at the beach, 4 sunloungers and two umbrellas, really really good showers with plenty of pressure and hot water, lots of kitchen counter space, a full size refrigerator, full oven, huge barbeque etc. The owners are close by but friendly and not intrusive. Was to come home after a day of touring, hard to tear ourselves away
