Review 1：We had a lovley stay here at the weekend. The owners were so nice and very welcoming we would highly recommend anyone to stay here. Great breakfast too :)
Review 2：The proximity of the accommadation to Hawkshead everything on the doorstep a great traditional english breakfast and the friendley servce of Emma,Mark & Molly.Also the rooms were large and spotless all in all we had a great three nights at the Old School House

Review 4：We turned up on Saturday and were met in the car park by the owner who had guessed our name. Immediately we we made to feel welcome. Lovely homely feel to the building. Clean and comfortable with all the mod cons you could want. Whilst my girlfriend was upstairs I told the owner I planned to propose later that day and I asked if he could chill a bottle of champage I had bought with me. When my 'fiancee' and myself had returned, we found the champagne in a silver bucket of ice ready in our room and they had added milk and white chocolate truffles and fresh strawberries free of charge. It was just a really lovely touch. There was free port in the lounge if you fancied a night cap, the full english breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this place and the owners.
Review 5：Fantastic location, ideal for exploring the Lake District and eating out. Nothing was too much trouble for our pleasant and helpful hosts who made sure each day of our stay started with a delicious cooked breakfast.
