Review 1：Very , very old room... Difficult to find. No strong wi fi. View to the mountains only... No refrigerator (only common shared)

Review 3：There was no information in the room about where anything was - Zaton Bay is a number of small communities (Zaton, Mali, Soline and Veliki) Veliki is biggest has more restaurants and beaches and a forest walk, cave etc and isn't far (Villa Zaton is in Mali) but we had no idea where to go or how to get there and after the owner showed us the room he went off for a walk so we had no one to ask either! We still are not sure if there were self catering facilities, on our last day we passed an open door with a kitchen inside which maybe is for guest use but might not be as the rooms are behind the owners private accommodation - again no info about being able to use this or not. Also on our last day the owner said we could sunbathe out the front of the house where there were some sun loungers (as its all pebble beaches in Zaton) - well this would have been good to know earlier as well!!
Review 4：The room was clean, a good size and fitted with modern decor. The accommodation has wi fi and air conditioning-essential in August! The owner is very friendly and helpful - when you can find him! The location (Zaton Bay) is nice, quite sparse but on the marina for sunbathing and water sports and a few restaurants within 20 minute walk. It is only 20 minute bus ride to Dubrovnik centre and the buses are quite frequent and run quite late and cost about £1.50 single trip. If you want a mix of a quiet area and the city then definitely a good choice as can have best of both and pay less for accommodation than in the city, but if you want to be in Dubrovnik centre every day then maybe isn't as much a saving.
