Review 1：-Quiet setting -Clean room -Very cool rooms we didn't barely needed A/C. -Good price -Private parking -Perfect location if you have a car.
Review 2：Narrow road access to hotel is bit challenging. Wireless only accessible from hotel garden and bar (in evening because of mosquitoes becomes a little bit challenging). Personal at first was a little bit to cold and professional, but it change letter on to better.

Review 4：I start telling i was expecting to find a studio as it mentioned in adv but my family stayed in a bangalow. It was full of spiders , ants and every other bug. There is mo excuse for that. The owner is obliged to pesticide at least once a year. The air condition was dropping in the room . So we flooded the first night. I mentioned to him . He excused me that no body mentioned it before he came and cut the sewer pipe of the air condition. Now the water was not running in my room but exactly out of it on the entrance door. The kitchen equipment reminded me kitchens of people who live in third world. One glass water, no fry pan, no place to dry out the dishes , no sponge etc. Of course there was not any absorber so you had to keep the door open in order to avoid the smell of cooking . The result was to start sweating and entering mosquitoes. The satellite TV that Mr Zachos mentions is better to be called satelliteless TV because you could watch only ONE channel. The double bed was semi double bed. Its width was 1.30m . Hardly can two people sleep. The garden is not clean as it seems on photos. It is full of dry leaves, ant nests and we also found a calyx of hunting bullet.
Review 5：We liked the beaches of Skiathos because they offered us much more that our small room did.
Review 6：Is very hot in the afternoon and evening on the second floor in duplex room. Cold air from the conditioner d`not reach here.
Review 7：Clean, comfortable and quiet (if you are lucky with the neighbors) to the sea 10 minutes on foot. Friendly atmosphere.
Review 8：old mattresses in the beds, noisy fridge, no cover for the shower so we soaked the bathroom every time. on the website they promise to offer a transfer to and from the airport/port, but they did not as we were 6 and the time was not convenient for them!!

Review 11：Great place for rest. Friendly stuff. The balconies are separated by wall so you have your privacy. There is a big parking in the backyard.
Review 12：We stayed in the main building and the furniture in the rooms was pretty old, hence there's a specific smell, as well as in the bathroom (when we arrived it was pretty intense).

The garden was really nice and great place to spend hot afternoons or just enjoy a drink in the evening. Room was really nice and chilly. Free parking, free wi-fi. Troulos beach was pretty close due to a shotcut, nice walk near gardens. Supermarkets and tavernas nearby.
