Review 1：The bathroom had a bad smell propably it needs a plumber and the room was a bit dark not as expected

Review 3：Most helpful staff ever in all departments. Not a luxury hotel but very clean and suitable. Would definitely stay again. A bit of a walk to ferries for older folks but can be done. Lots of taxies availabe. Easy bus ride from Athens airport.

Review 5：The location is excellent, with buses to the port, the beach and Athens city centre at the door, a well stocked friendly kiosk and pastry shop next door.The staff - managers, waiting and reception staff - were most friendly. Breakfast was something to look forward to and on the two occasions we had dinner it was delicious.

Review 16：Taxi took "the long route" A 3euro trip for 6euro! beware. Check the taxi price before you journey ask at hotel what you should expect to pay. Hotel staff were great.

Review 17：Close to the port quick drive from cruise ship ideal solution for late flight used as a base to spend a day in Athens! 10euro to Athens by taxi but bus was 1.20euro trip lets you see all the town! 50euro to airport. Pleasant staff, helpful and made us welcome. Room adequate for our stop over, clean and tidy just a little tired looking.

Review 18：There was nothing we didn't like. This place was as advertised. We selected this place knowing it was outside of Athens. It was so nice to be where we were. The port was so beautiful and we felt like we were off the beaten path because we were outside Athens. Of course this required us to travel into the city (cab, bus, metro). But that is the experience we wanted. The price we paid was fair for the room we got. This isn't the Ritz, but the room was always clean, the staff was nice, and breakfast was good.

Review 19：All of the staff was professional, patient, and beyond helpful. They had great recommendations for dinner every night that were places where locals ate. They helped us plan our daily adventures keeping in mind we had a budget. They explained what and where the best attractions were and which ones were not worth seeing.

Review 27：The only reason we booked at the Savoy was because it was close to the port. If you need to catch an early Ferry get a taxi, make sure you know which ferry you are going on. The staff at the Savoy were great, supplied us with early breakfast & were helpful with our transport.

The only place I could receive the WiFi was squatting outside the bathroom floor due to the location of the router. When I complained and requested a room change it was met with total disinterest, and I was informed that the wifi reception was the same in all rooms.

Review 35：Savoy is fine, it's close to the port and very clean and safe with reliable wifi. My travelling companion was ill and no pharmacies were open so the manager gave me his own paracetamol and also packed us a breakfast as we had an early ferry. Very nice!

Review 36：There's a do not enter sign on the main door and the staff explanation is that it is only on 1wing of the door. The receptionist who did check in was very busy chatting with her colleague in greek which I unfortunately don't speak so I find it quite rude. The shower is mouldy and shower door loose.

Rooms overlooking the back yard were terribly noisy because of the external A/C and ventilation system appliances of the building. Sleeping with windows closed and A/C turned on is a must.

Review 99：The room was dirty (walls,beds,carpets), the a/c was notworking.Also in order to park your car you have to get the key fromreception, walk 150 meters to the parking lot, unlock the chain thatguards the gate, park your car on the road (you cant stop in front ofthe hotel its illegal), walk back to the hotel in order to deliver thekey and then walk back to your car. The same thing happens when youarrive at the hotel, there is noone available to unlock the chain andyou have to walk to the reception to get the key.
