Review 1：We're decided to stay for the whole 10 days, despite the smell( mouldy walls) & infested water, but when Alexandra ( the caretaker) " kindly" recomended us to go away because "this is what you get for 25 euros" we did so. And,as a result, with 3 euros extra we moved in the same area, in a decent place, clean & new, where we didn't have the "luxury" of living in a place where the last investment was made back in the '80's! For sure they go for tricking people to book their place & after they're happy to see U go as soon as possible because, hey! there are credit cards to be charged! ..as , sadly,I was informed when I've paid for 50% ot our stay, qoute: "I will charge your card for half of the period that U did not stay!"..Really? Please read booking.com rules again, " dear" Alexandra..Con people at their very best, shame that booking.com accepts( and supports, as I've found out after my complaint) such people!
Review 2：The photos..that was when we've made the mistake to book this ...place, shame that the smell & brownie, infested water did not come out in the presentation!
Review 3：I would recommend it to everyone! Great place, beautiful nature surrounding, peaceful, clean. Alexandra is also great and at disposal. 5 min. walk to the Troulos beach, 15 min. walk to Cucunaries.
Review 4：When I called to ask about port pick-up, which other similar hotels provide, the lady was extremely rude and said to take a taxi.

Review 7：They cleaned our room every day,they were very nice to us,gave us a domestic olive oil for present... Very good people. Yard is beautifull,a lot of trees,peacefull and quiet place...perfect for the rest. Beach is very near,5 minutes of walk,bus station number 20 on 3 minutes. Just explore an shortcut in front of the house that goes to no. 20 station,don't go to 18.
Review 8：Wi-fi signal is very low, sometimes it dropped and needed to get out on the balcony for it. The room could use some anti-insect nets, but you can find very efficient anti-mosquito and insect repeller devices for 4-5 euro. Some mold under the sink, but was no problem, the area was not used so not an inconvenience, would be nice to have it cleaned/fixed.
Review 9：Alexandra was very nice and always there if anything needed. Everyday cleaning. Nice and quiet place, there are a lot of trees around and a very nice yard, it does not get hot in the afternoon. Working air conditioning, didn't have to use it as all day on the beach. Parking space. Not a lot of space, I had to park the car on the grass twice or three times, but that was because there were 4-5 cars and two motor scooters almost every day. The room is quite large and has a nice balcony where you can have your coffee in the morning (well, whenever you care to wake up), room no. 7 in the villa.

Review 11：It had everything we needed, including a good balcony and serviced daily. Other family members were staying at Filia Studios which was very nearby. There is a short track to the beach and we could meet up and all walk to the beach together. Close to the bus stop into town which was half an hours ride away. Nice beach restaurants nearby too.
Review 12：Alexandra was amazing, cleaning our studio every day and changing our towels and sheets every other day. The wi-fi was free and so was the air-conditioning, all for £20 per day! Incredible value! The location was lovely; we were surrounded by trees and could hear chickens and goats. Only 5 min walk to the beach too!
Review 13：I was pleasantly surprised with the studio. First you can get vehicles down the track, taxi dropped me off right by the door. I had a problem with the light not working in the bathroom and that was fixed straight away. Wi-Fi never had a problem with. Studio facilities the same as any where else in Greece. At the end of the holiday they let ne check out late free of charge. Would definitely recommend if you want peace and quiet (no bar or pool) as I had friends stopping at the Filia and used their facilities.
Review 14：WiFi didnt work in the room, only outside on terrace, whicj is bad if you have a child who only gets to sleep watching cartoons. :)
Review 15：We loved everything about it: the comfort of the apartments, the kitchen, the cleaning every day,changing the towels and sheets every second day, the non intrusive but always helpful hosts, and the most beautiful of all is the well kept garden. We spent the most beautiful 13 days in Paraschos studios. I must say that we were a little bit afraid after some bad comments in some reviews right before our stay, but we were so pleasantly surprised with what we got for our money, that we come to think that those bad comments were just extremely malicious.
Review 16：The staff is friendly and ready to help and assist you in any problem you have, the location is clean and the garden is really nice, with palm trees and lots of flowers, it was excelent value for money!
Review 17：We told them that we were getting married in advance requesting a adouble bed, however were given two singles. The room was very poorly lit and looked nothing like the photographs on the website! No one knew were it was on the way so took a long time to find. If you are looking for somewhere without many tourists then we would recommend not going to Skiathos at all! We spent only two nights there and wish we had stayed somewhere else.
Review 18：the beds were comfortable and it was clean enough. 5- 10 mins away from the beach and the owner was friendly.
Review 19：Extremely disappointing. Maybe there are different types of accommodation. We could not even sleep overnight. The distance to the beach is much larger than shown on the map.That was the first lie. The car can not reach because it is very narrow dirt road. The area is only for small cars or bicycle. For beach road crosses a very dangerous way, without visibility, must go on the road long before you get to the exit to the beach. Equipment in the rooms-very, very old. There is a strange smell. Pictures are not true. There is a problem with the water. It is not for drinking. And the pressure is low. After seeing a snake in the yard, give up. In the evening I wanted to speak to the manager. She refused.He said it was late and I was lying down to sleep. He said he would take my card money for 8 nights. We do not use any. Currently having conversations with booking.com. I want my money back.So far I have withheld 50% of the price 270 euros. These studios were not correct. They lied to us. Well that was available at another hotel where we went with the child. The island is beautiful. But choose another studio. Paraschos stole from us 270 euros. Do not be gullible

Review 32：A nice family run business. the rooms basic but clean and with nearly all you require for your stay. The location is good for supermarkets/restaurants/beach/bus stops but is located in such a place that it feels rural and quiet. The air conditioning was free which was a great help. There is even free bicycles available for you to use but these are limited on a first come first serve basis.

Review 34：The studio was wonderfully simple; kitchenette facility that you could use for simple breakfasts and dinners (oven and hob) pans and utensils all provided, bathroom typically Greek...hand held shower, curtained cubicle, gardens were beautiful, lots of greenery and flowers, washing line available to use. Owners were very helpful...there when you needed them but left you alone the rest of the time so we felt as if we were in our own little oasis.
