Review 1：Dirty sofa bed, no hairdryer, and the fact that you don't know clearly what you will get in the apartment till you get in. We had one with LCD TV, Washing machine and oven (we didn't need it, but had them) and our friends staying next door had classic TV, no washing machine and no oven.

Review 5：Very narrow spiral staircase to get to the bedrooms and with big cases it was very difficult. Also the apartment was sold to us with a balcony but the balcony (if you can call it that) was tiny and not suitable for 4 people and there were 3 huge fans on one side of the wall which were blowing out HOT air perminantly which meant even if you wanted to sit out there you couldn't. Wifi also awful.

Review 12：Washing machine without instructions nor detergent. The appartment is at the top of a huge way up. Only one bedroom for 2persons, the third must sleep in the couch. No toiletries.

Review 13：It had a washing machine. After check-in at the agency, they took us to the appartment by minibus, and they also delivered luggage at port, leaving us (who had no car) free to enjoy the day withou luggage.

Review 17：We truly loved Bol, we enjoyed less this accommodation: first of all, why do they call this place Villa Dalmatia? When we got there, there was no sign with written on 'Villa Damatia' (except done on the WiFi network), and we were not told we had to call a phone number so that someone of the Adria tour's staff would have come to give us keys and information, so we spent there like 30 minutes trying to find the Dalmatia place or someone in charge to speak to. The building's name was actually 'Funda', and after we spoke with someone of Adria Tour by phone, finally some of their team arrived after 15 minutes and introduced us to the place. To finalize the payment, we had to go to their information office (not far from our place, but, you know, it was not expected). Our apartment was at ground floor, so the view from our balcony was against a wall and a pine. Not exactly as expected. There was a drying rack, but without clips. The air conditioning was really noisy, and only in the dining room, so there was no way to cool the bedroom: the three of us (two adults and daughter) slept on the soda bed there (too hot, withouth a/c), but it was pretty uncomfortable, and as we first opened the sofa bed, it was really dusty and stained. We want to go back to Bol, but we'll definitely search for a better place to stay.

Review 49：The villa was in a great location for a young family that needed to be away from too much evening noise. It was also placed well to get to the local super market. The accomodation was great and good value for money. What made our stay was the staff, who never failed to impress. From helping us with our luggage, to the organisation of a cot bed and hi-chair. Even the request of an iron and iron board (which they obviously went out and bought a new one just on our request). Certainly will be using them again.

You need to go to the main office along the street to check in to apartment and they will drive you round. Would be helpful if they offered this information before arrival as we were lucky to meet someone who told us. -If i had to be very picky I'd recommend asking for 1st floor or above as apartments overlook the main walkway and people will pass your balcony on ground floor.

Review 107：Cant praise this place enough! This was the cheapest rate of the apartments booked in Croatia (6 in total) so was a little apprehensive about quality. Our one bed apartment turned out to be the most modern, comfortable and well equiped. Relatively newly built/renovated therefore very clean and fresh with compact but furnished balcony. Staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. Location perfect for us non drivers as it sits about 5 minutes back from main promenade which will lead you either to the main town with shops restaurants etc or to Zlatni Rat, depending on which direction you choose. This is perfect as it means that beach is no more than 20 minute stroll away (would not recommend staying too close to beach unless you dont mind being further away from most of your amenities) The highlight of our holiday!

When we complained on the quality of the mattress, we wereoffered to change the apartment, but even the mattress in the newapartment was in better condition, we did not sleep comfortably. Therewas no information that the key from the apartment shall be collectedfrom the office of Adria Tours Bol located at the intersection of mainroad (Bracka cesta 10) and road to Murvica/Zlatni Rat and you needto call to the office so somebody come and navigate you to the office.
