Review 1：Gennadi Dreams is a very well equipped and luxurious set of apartments. We went out of season so it was wonderfully quiet. There is a lovely view and a very well kept swimming pool. We loved being able to walk into the village to the fabulous bakery and restaurants. It is well placed to explore the southern part of Rhodes.

Review 2：Excellent apartments. There is all necessary for comfortable rest. To the Mediterranean Sea 15 minutes a walking step, by car of 5 min. In several minutes of walk there is a supermarket, a bakery, a vegetable market. Excellent beach. A convenient arrangement in southwest part of the island: to Parsonisi 15 km, to the Aegean Sea 13 km.

Review 6：These apartments are absolutely fantastic, very spacious with modern quality furniture and very well equipped kitchen and bathroom. They are located in a quiet location just outside of the village of Ginadi with view out to the sea.

Review 7：The wifi doesn't work Always mainly early in the morning and in the evening, but that is a minor problem ! sometimes more a blessing than a curse I would say. A small fruit juicer would be nice too

Review 8：The location was wonderful, among the locals in a small area not over developed yet! very close to the beach walking distance to the local bakery,supermarket too. Views from the appartment were lovely; Very quite and peaceful , lovely swimming pool and garden. Owner very friendly ask him where the nice restaurant "Pelicanos" is! Anthonis beach restaurant down by Gennadi beach also the best one! Rent a car to drive to all the nice old towns nearby deffinetly :-)

Review 9：Internet connection was almost non-existent. Problems could not be resolved during our visit. The TV stations were very limited - regional news and religion stations on the whole. Bring your own entertainment if that is what you enjoy!

Review 10：The location on the edge Gennadi village is excellent and it has lovely views of the sea from all units. A great home base to explore the south (east and west) of the island with a safe parking area. The condo complex is very modern and well landscaped. The unit is fully kitted for self-catering with all appliances, linens, etc. The indoor space is very large and well appointed and the aircon in the bedrooms works very well. The pool and huge private outdoor spaces are a treat. A 5 minute walk to an excellent bakery and mini-market. Close to tavernas and restaurants (Mama's Kitchen and Elena's Dream-near the water spring). A ten minute drive to larger shopping areas (Carrefour, etc). A very good holiday experience for us!

Review 11：The apartments are brand new with modern design, they are actually better than what you see in the photos. Very quite, clean and at walking distance from the village which has everything you need.

Review 12：Very spacious apartment, huge bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in all rooms and clean swimming pool. Evenings in the veranda are great. We higly recommend the place and will certainly be back next year.

Review 13：The complex is located in a small picturesque village. At walking distance you can find a grocery and bakery store and a super market if you want to use the kitchen which is fully equipped. Also at walking distance, there are restaurants and coffee shops. The manager of the Gennadi Dreams is very helpful and kind. Very clean apartment, swimming pool and gardens. Good location to explore other areas of the island. We will surely come back in spring time.

Review 14：Only one minor issue - the beds felt like sturdy camp beds and moved easily so were not the most comfortable beds to sleep in.

Review 17：The facility is realy nice. Nice evenings on the veranda. Good to gave the pool to be able to cool down in the afternoon. Good starting piont for accessing Prasonisi windsurfing. The village is relaxed and have good stores and nice restaurants.

Gennadi Dreams Apartments and pool are very clean and well maintained. The apartments are decorated and furnished to a high standard, providing everything for a good holiday. Gennadi Dreams was the ideal place for a quiet relaxing holiday. We would recommend the apartments to everyone.
