Villa Ivanka sells fast on our site. Located next to the beach in Zaton, Villa Ivanka is set in a picturesque bay and offers air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi. All units have a balcony or patio, and most of them feature magnificent views of the Adriatic Sea.

Review 1：We were there during a lot of rain, however nothing anyone can do about that!,
Review 2：Fabulous view, great location if you want a quiet getaway yet still close enough to get to Dubrovnik.

Review 5：There was no WiFi connection in our room. The house is next to the main road and its very noisy. The room was very small and the TV had annoying sound all the time .
Review 6：The house is very modern and clean. The owner was very helpful and she gave us all of the information about tourist attractions in Dubrovnik. There was no extra charge for our dog. The view of the balcony was amazing.We had free parking and safety storage room for the bike.

She arranged trip excursions for us to Elaphiti islands and that was wonderful experience. We loved out stay there and highly recommend it.

Review 11：Villa Ivanka is a charming little place with wonderful view of the bay and a very nice owner. The apartment is spotlessly clean and convenient with a super comfortable bed and bathroom. There is also a terrace that is available for all guests, it was great to relax there on the sunbeds.. Zaton is an ideal place for visiting Dubrovnik, we took the bus, which gets there in about 15/20 minutes.

Review 14：Great apartment in great location. Marija has thought of everything, the kitchen is well equipped for cooking and even has a few basic provisions and a kettle. We received a warm welcome and it was a lovely place to stay to visit Dubrovnik (assuming you have a car)
Review 15：Lovely ocean view from our balcony though traffic noise was a little bothersome at certain times of the day. Very nice modern apartment, beautifully decorated and outfitted, though tiny kitchen countertop left no room to work on. Maria, the owner was very gracious and welcoming and always there to assist us.

Review 21：EVERYTHING! Location was beautiful and the apartment was exactly as described. The terrace was fantastic - better than expected. The owners made us feel like we were their own private guests, so friendly and obliging. We will definitely be going back. What a great holiday.
Review 22：noisy main road nearby (you do get used to it though...) no hot water from kitchen tap, but kettle and hot water in bathroom nearby so we easily got around this. Wifi connection was poor, they did try to resolve it though and worked a little better but from the guest terrace.
Review 23：the apartment facing the sea with private terrace (although there was a right of passage for others to access property and beach), 40 metres from a beautiful pebble beach (no road to cross) and a beautiful walk way along the sea front around Zaton bay and close to supermarkets and bus stop (whilst we did rent a car for the duration of our stay). I can not fault the owners (Lydia and her mother Marija) who were very friendly and made our stay very comfortable (we stayed 12 days and cleaning of the apartment half way through our stay, which we were not aware of but pleasantly surprised). It was my son's birthday during our stay and they offered him a very nice present without me telling them, had only but a birthday balloon outside!! villa is located near Dubrovnik and trip excursions are available to the islands from Zaton bay which can be arranged by the owners. the villa is located in a stunning bay and there are many beautiful secluded rocky beaches driving up North from Zaton. Would definitely recommend it.

Review 25：Villa Ivanka is a little peace of paradise.If you are looking to spend a few quiet and relaxing days at the beach with a visit to Dubrovnik here and there, then this is the place to stay. There is a bus service that runs quite regulary but I would recommend hiring a car, if you plan to explore your surroundings.
Review 26：Dubrovnik is way too expensive for what it offers, no decent place to eat for the money paid. Fishing boat trip is a NO, rather take a boat to Lokrum for 40kn and enjoy your own arrangement!
