Villa Malfi sells fast on our site. In the Bay of Zaton, right on the seaside, Villa Malfi features a private beach. All apartments and rooms come with a furnished balcony overlooking the Adriatic Sea. A spacious summer terrace with barbecue facilities and summer kitchen is at guests’ disposal.
All apartments and rooms have satellite TV, sitting area and sea views. A kitchenette is featured in each apartment, while rooms come with a small refrigerator. Free Wi-Fi is provided.
The Malfi is 7.5 miles from Dubrovnik’s Old Town. Guests can enjoy a walk along the historic walls and Stradun Promenade. Beautiful panoramic views of the city and the nearby islands can be admired from Dubrovnik Cable Car.
A public bus stop is just a short walk from Villa Malfi and provides regular connections with Dubrovnik. An airport shuttle is also available upon request and for an extra fee.

Review 1：Basic villa but great value for what you get
Review 2：Location is remote, away from tourists in a beautiful bay. Sunbed right outside the villa to lay by the bay. Water is crystal clear perfect for a dip. Beach is 2 minute walk to your left- pebble beach. Idyllic restaurants 20-30 min walk around the other side of the bay overlooking the water

Review 4：The house is by the water, with private 'beach'. Safe and beautiful surroundings, sunny balcony. Room was good size and easy to keep in comfortable temperature.
Review 5：Wifi didn't work at all. Very dated decor. We were moved room due to a mistake with room allocation, our second room being more in line with what we were expecting but demonstrating quite a difference in standards depending on which room you get - room 4 is much better than room 3, more space, less dated.

Review 9：Beautiful location overlooking an inlet with a fantastic balcony on which to enjoy meals or simply the view. Delightful and friendly hostess who supplied delicious ice cream later followed by pancakes. Quite close to shops and two restaurants.
Review 10：Staff was not speaking English. The beach nearby was clean but not so beautiful. There was nothing to do in the area. The nearest market and restaurant was 700m away.

Review 12：Zaton Bay is a beautiful place and the apartment has great views across to Zaton Veliki and the surrounding hills. The sea is almost literally on your doorstep with a dock area right outside so you can soak up the sun and take a dip in the sea to cool off. The town itself is quiet but there are 3 or 4 restaurants 15-20 minutes around the bay that serve good seafood. Zaton is about 10km north of Dubrovnik and buses run from the main road if you don't have a car. The owners were very friendly and accommodating and a pleasure to stay with. I'd recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to stay in Croatia, away from the crowds of Dubrovnik but close enough to visit.

Review 14：The location was lovely and ideal for trips to Dubrovnik. The owner Anka was lovely, friendly and made you you feel like you were staying with the family.
Review 15：This is not against the apartment but there were a lot of mosquito's at night so we used the aircon at night which seemed to help to give some sleep. The road noise from behind was not a major issue just leave the double glazed windows closed
Review 16：This apartment is in a wonderful location near enough to Dubrovnik town. Our apartment had everything we needed for our six day stay. The terrace area is well laid out with cooking facilities for guests ideal if your room is too warm in summer just take mosquito spray!! Would highly recommend this apartment and really friendly owners wish we were back there now :(

Review 21：We were there for four nights and would have liked the bathrooms to have been cleaned in that time. But, in fairness, we didn't ask.
Review 22：We enjoyed our stay at Villa Malfi very much. Our host was very helpful (did our laundry for us at a very reasonable rate, provided us with clean towels after the second day), spoke excellent English, and made us feel very welcome. Villa Malfi is quite a way out of the city, but it suited us perfectly. The view over Zatan Bay was wonderful and by coincidence, the kayaking company of choice operated out of that bay. Our rooms had very efficient airconditioning.
Review 23：The road noise from behind the apartments was a little intrusive and meant that one had to sleep with the windows closed although there was aircon in our room. The double glazing was effective at keeping it quiet. I think most apartments along this stretch of the coastline would have a similar problem.
Review 24：The owners were very helpful and willing to please. The Apartments were within easy reach of Dubrovnik. The view from the Apartment Balcony was lovely. Immediate access to the Sea and close proximity to a small beach. The area was quiet. A friendly Restaurant close-by and a small well-stock Supermarket. Dubrovnik was beautiful.
