Review 1：Low WiFi signal in the apartment. The WiFi was great at the bar, but not in the apartment
Review 2：It is really like 5 meters from the beach, the beach is sandy and the water is really good. Overall the place is great!
Review 3：Sea view. I dont know which standard you have to fullfill to rate your rooms with a ROOM WITH A SEA VIEW. But this was totaly not that kind of room because I was looking in my neighbour window and terase that was only 3 meters from my terase.

Review 10：The studio (in the second building) was not as per the pictures in Booking. It was small, dark (hardly any daylight + missing lamps), old furniture, dirty kitchenette. For the 5 days we stayed, the room was cleaned only once (washed the floor) and only half of our garbage was thrown. No sheets or towels changed. No mosquito nets at the door or windows. The beach in front of the studios was small, dirty and crowded.

Review 12：There was no WiFi reception in the room, only at the common area. I would suggest having the shower curtains changed with a paravan. It would make the room perfect.

Review 16：The water pressure is very low. After 7pm it's impossible to even wash your teeth and having a shower is out of the question. Maybe this will apply to the entire village though. Also this is officially the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. It is so hard that I had to take ibuprofen one night to help my back pain in order to fall asleep.
Review 17：The location is really great - 1 min from the beach and 5-10 mins from the village center. There is a big balcony with great view. The place is clean.
Review 18：Beds are a little bit short for tall people (above 1.85m) and there isn't enough space inside the rooms, especially if you have a baby. Also in the future should be better to renovate bathroom's tiles and kitchen's cupboards, but for the moment with this price are very good.
Review 19：Studios are located in front of the sea, in a quiet area, not in village's centre but very near (5 min walk) and have beach bar. You can sit either in the beach (sunbeds free of charge) or in the bar (building). During the day are served toast, sandwiches and other snacks. Bar and outdoor are very nice decorated with old wood, flowers etc. Rooms have spacious verandas.

Review 24：The bathroom is a bit cramped, too small for a tall man. If the people occupying the next room are noisy, there is no chance to get some sleep, as the walls do not isolate from anything.
Review 25：Right in front of the sea, but a 100 meters from the more busy (and noisy) areas. Plenty of parking, the view from balcon is very pretty, the whole structure is nice and clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The room is cleaned avey two/theree days or so.

Review 51：The rooms are nice and clean and the location of the studios is great: right next to the beach, and a little bit far away from all the fuss in the center of the village. Nevertheless you can get there in 5 minutes by foot. Another thing: although we booked for 4 nights, the staff cleaned the apartment on the second day, and changed the sheets and towels on the next day! We booked a garden view apartment but we did see the sea from our terrace.
Review 52：Great place to stay, with a staff and owners that will extend themselves to make your stay as comfortable as possible, after our baby got sick with a high fever the owners called their personal doctor to help us. They are caring people and we are fortunate to have stayed there. Thanks again Nemo Studios !
Review 53：Very kindly staff, always at disposal for every need. The studios are very nice and comfortable. The position in front of the marvelous aegean sea has made unique my awakening every morning. Polykhrono is also a nice village and a good base point if you like to visit halkidiki, expecially kassandra.
Review 54：Staff is extremely rude and unfriendly. You are obligated to buy drinksevery day from the bar to use the chairs in front of the studios. (Theminute you sit they ask you to buy a drink to be able to use the chairand if you say I will later they try to bully you into buying a drinkanyway or move elsewhere.) We had 3 rooms and spent over 1100 euros atthe Studios for a hole week plus all the drinks we had ordered and wewere treated as bad as it gets. Owner apologized for the situation buthis apologies were followed with a a lot of justifications which makesme believe they are not capable to cater to above average clients. Alsoour rooms were not equipped with all amenities mentioned. Trash was leftfor us to take out of the rooms to trash dumpsters. (Only every 3 daystrash pick up. With heat the rooms smelled musty.) TV's are fromstone age. No WiFi at the Studios. The bar has it but you will have towalk there. Our overall experience was unsatisfactory and we would neverrecommend this place.

Review 57：We had a very spacious, comfortable and clean room. There was a nice garden and the studios are right next to the beach. The location is great as it's in the quiet part of the village, but still close to the center where you can find lots of restaurants and shops.

Review 62：More suggestions than cons: Photos are a bit deceiving. We didn't get the sea-view we expected from the available photos. (The hotel is consisted of three houses, one behind the other in beach-to-inland direction. The room that was given to us was at the back house with only a partial sea-view, much of it blocked by the houses in front). WiFi is poor (at bar only). It would be a plus to make it available in the rooms and on the beach. Sunbeds could be free-of-charge for hotel guests, at least in low-season. I'm not a cheapo, i'd have a drink anyway, but i think this would give a bigger value. Cafe closes too early (in low season).
Review 63：We stayed for 5 nights at the very start of the season (1st to 6th of May). Staff were very helpful and friendly, cool people. Location is excellent, the hotel is right on the beach, on the outskirts of Polychrono, easy to find as there is a sign on the main road. Room was excellent, big and spacious with 2 small balconies and with possibility for draft as it opens east-west. Service was awesome too, we had a change of towels and floor sweeping maybe 2-3 times in our 5 night stay! Cafe-bar is great, nice chill-out music all day, very relaxing atmosphere. I brought my own pastime stuff, but i think they offer books (saw a full bookshelf, hope those are in English) and some board-games (backgammon/chess). They also offer snacks (but not at the start of the season) so if you're feeling too lazy to cook or go to the center to eat, you can grab a bite right there. It's a great place I would certainly come back to, maybe in high season next time.
Review 64：Accommodation was perfect and the apartments are on great location, just beside the sea coast. Great for family with small children or young couple...placed in very quiet environment present a ideal solution for real relax holiday. It has very cute garden with lots of flowers...
