Review 1：The massive steep hill up to the apartments. My dad went with us, he is 71 and not good with his breathing, we had to hire a car just so he didn't have to face the horrendous hill every day. Also no bar area as such, just a fridge with odd few beers and water in, so nowhere to have a drink on an evening. All staff were off and all closed up by about 7pm. Also not even a kettle in rooms to make a drink, had to ask for 1 and had to share 1 kettle between 2 rooms

Review 4：Lovely hotel in a quiet location ,run by Maria and her family who were helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfy and we slept very well Good choice at breakfast

Review 6：I think that the hotel has great location because it is not in Skiathos town and it is easy to access. It is just few kilometers away. In the town there are a lot of narrow streets which are hardly accessible by car. The hotel athmosphere is very nice and the staff is very friendly. We really enjoyed the breakfast because it was delicious and more than enough.

Review 7：Complex lacked atmosphere. Staff were not interested in chatting to you but more interested in being glued to their phones The owners DOG which is only a small one but by the end of the visit the children wouldn’t go anywhere in fear of being chased as it attempted to nip at their ankles. The owner informed us that the dog doesn’t like children and they shouldn’t run around the complex.

Breakfast is very varied' every day with different home made plates. Maria and Her family are doing their best to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. we are defiantly recommending the place and I am sure we will come again. Review 16：The only minor disappointment was that we couldn't get wifi from our apartment and the shower heads weren't attached to the wall in the bathrooms. Really not a big deal at all. If you have mobility problems this accommodation my not be suitable as it is located up a steep hill.

Review 17：The pool and sun loungers were fantastic! Very relaxing, chilled out area with high end facilities. The accommodation had everything we needed and more. Very helpful friendly staff. Location was 5 mins from beach and lots of good restaurants near by.

Review 19：Everything! The room was tremendous and spotlessly clean, and luxurious. Maria couldnt do enough for the guests. Fantastic breakfast, with lots of local dishes, and more than you could possibly eat.

Review 20：Just returned from a 2 week stay at the Skiathos Island Suites. Rooms are lovely and clean with lovely decor and the view from our balcony was fantastic overlooking Troulos. We booked a studio but as it was a quiet time of year Maria upgraded us to a one bed apartment. We had breakfast included in our booking which Maria cooked herself every day and there was plenty of it which keep us going for the day. She always tried to give us different things each day and we had a variety of hot & cold each morning which was far too much for us to eat but we enjoyed it.

Review 21：Not being able to speak fluent Greek to someone who probably speaksbetter English than I do.

Review 22：Never met a Greek I did'nt like and never met a discourteous orundignified Greek yet ! That's why like many Brits like us, we havea mission to visit all of Greece to try and find at least one bad one inthis paradise of theirs and see if he or she comes from Britain ?

Review 23：Bar prices were high compared to the local bars and shops which put us off having a drink by the pool as much as we would have. The walk to the beach would put some people off as it's partly along a busy road.

Review 24：A family run complex that's in a quiet location with lovely views over the Island interior and on most days high enough for a refreshing breeze. Location is up a steep hill from Bus stops and the main road however. If like us you have a car and want to visit different beaches it is centrally located and not far from any of them. The local beach is 10-15 minutes walk and is beautiful and great for kids. The down side is the walk along the main road. Room was very comfortable and clean with regular cleaning and a vast amount of clean towels including beach towels - a nice touch. Wifi worked well by the pool and in our apartment. Breakfast was different every day and suited all of our tastes on most days. The pool area was well kept too and never crowded with a bar and food available. There are good restaurants and tavernas locally too. We had a lovely time on a gorgeous island. A nice touch was a gift for us on departure as a thank you. We will return! We felt very comfortable and had a lovely holiday.

Review 29：I am writting on behalf of Mr. Katelari and his family. They have spent their summer vacations at this hotel in July 2014. They are over pleased about the hotel, its amenities, its stuff and its location. It is a hotel where tou feel like home, the family that owns it makes you feel more than welcome and they make sure that you have everything you need! Mr. Katelaris recommends it with all his heart.

Review 31：the hotel's facilities were very good, nice rooms. Also, has a small playground and a pool where children can enjoy themselves. The hotels is close enough to the famous beach Koukounaries but you should definitely use car for your transportation or bus.

Review 32：We would of preffered to have a choice for breakfast , a buffet and not have the food bought to your table . On every occassion there was a dish we wouldn't eat and its a waste. So the one thing we would want to see is a self service buffet.

Review 51：The suites are fantastic, comfortable and clean.Maria and her family are very friendly. The suites are up a short hill, its a nice quiet place... At the bottom of the hill is the bus stop that takes you into town, an excellent bar and there are several really good restaurants just up the road. There is a good light breakfast served in the morning, but if you want a full English just go over the road. There is a pool, with a bar and light meals served all day till about 22:00. (Ask Maria to make you her Moussaka!) We will certainly be going again! Highly reccomended by us...

Review 52：The junior suite was excellent, with everything you could want. Breakfast was a good. Marie and family were great hosts with great tips on where to stay.Troulus has everything you need, a bus stop, ATM, car hire and a great choice of restaurants and only 10 minutes to the great beach.We will be back.

Review 53：The only thing I would say is there should be a warning about the steep climb up to the apartment. Ok for us but very difficult for anyone with walking difficulties or much older people.

Review 56：Just came back from a weeks stay in the Island Suites, and thoroughlyenjoyed our stay. The apartment was beautifully appointed, with the bestfacilities we've ever had in Greece. The view from the Balcony wasacross the green hills of Skiathos, and really quiet. The Pool area wasbeautiful, and fresh pastries at breakfast were excellent. The staffwere very accommodating, and couldn't do enough for us. The apartmentsare about 5-10 minutes from the beautiful family Beach of Troulos, andeven less than that to the bus stop into Skopolos. There are also acouple of bars and very nice restaurants/tavernas within the samedistance. All in all a great location for a relaxing holiday.
