Review 1:Had extra charges on top of the very high rent paid £833 for 7 night had to pay a ten pound service charge aswel as a £15 cleaning charge and they want a extra £15 for bedding and towels and on top of that a £250 deposit which had to be chased twice as was returned late. The bed was very uncomfortable would not recommend this property at all!!!

Review 2:Book yourself a stay here and you are in trouble as the unprofessional owner has no understanding whatsoever on how to run a successful business and how to make his customers happy. Beware of the hidden costs that the owner will attempt to illegally charge you on top of the original booking price. Month after checking out of the apartment and time wasted on discussions around our £250 deposit refund we are still awaiting for this to be processed (now being arranged with the help of Booking.com).Please see also the list of further problems which we have experienced with this apartment as below:* 3% CC surcharge required - no information about it on the booking confirmation, have never paid this on any other hotel booking?* extras for bedding, linen and towels - no information about that on the booking form (we agreed to pay this due to no choice before checking into the property). The linen were not even provided for the first night..* payment method - on the booking form it stated that payment with American Express, Visa, Euro/ Mastercard was accepted, instead paypal was requested as the only payment method. As our company does not have a paypal account we needed to use a private account instead...* the owner accused us for smoking in the apartment without being able to provide any evidence, he attempted to deduct a fee out of our 'damage deposit'?* the owner gave us parking permit that was expired (image attached) and as we did not immediately return it back to him during checking out (thought it was not required due to the lost validity) he attempted to charge us another fee from the 'damage deposit'?*Before the arrival the owner requested a random lump sum to be paid for the apartment but had never provided the break down of this sum, effectively we did not get informed what we were exactly paying for and why (and until now we do not now)?

Review 4:The apartment ticks all the right boxes as far as affordability,comfort,location + facilities!!!!!why stay in a hotel room when you can have an apartment

Review 5:- Payment arrangements are too complicated. Took days to refund deposit - lost 10GPBs for ??? - Beds in Hotel are not comfortable. - Linen was provided a charge and were dirty. - Building was was dirty, Walls in apt dirty. - Floors dirty. - Local area was 'shady' - Bathroom has issues - was told to not take showers. - Building was not secure. - Parking was not secure.

Review 6:Apartment not equipped for 5 persons. Only 4 chairs in total in apartment. Everything in kitchen only for 4 persons. Only regular beds for 3 persons. The last 2 as a double sofa bed was useless. 1/3 part of madras area was hard wood. Return of the 250£ deposit for non-UK citizen is very expensive to receive because it's been returned as cheque - and there is no other options.

Review 8:For family of 5, a few more cutlery and crockery would be good. Sofa bed is small and only suitable for small children.

Review 9:Car park, kitchen and a surprisingly quiet location. Washing machine-dryer was very useful. Large main bedroom. Very neat, clean and tidy. Owner meet us late in the day to take us through everything at the flat. Supermarket is close by. Will definitely book here again.

Review 10:The initial deposit requested was not described as a damage deposit. This is required 30 days in advance (why?). It was not returned until about two weeks after departure. There was no ability to agree if any deduction was to be made and no process for adjudication if one was made. As it happens we eventually received the money but this took several emails and phone calls. I didn't consider this to be reasonable.

Review 11:The apartment suited our needs and was reasonable value for money, which reflects rather tired appearance.

Review 12:We felt the aprttment was very cramped and not as clean as we would expect. The shower door was dirty. Only bare minimum cutlery enough for 4. The arrangement for the deposit was very unusual. I wouldn't normally expect to pay a cash deposit into a bank account some weeks before the rental. We did persuade the owner this was unreasonable and this was paid just before we arrived. We left the apartment early and the deposit wasn't returned for several days.

Review 13:The parking being further away, it was difficult to load the car and unpack the car being on my own with 2 very young children
