Review 1：The breakfast was poor and the technopop music downstairs on a Tuesday night went on and on.
Review 2：The rooms were great and the receptionist was pleasant and welcoming
Review 3：Air Conditioning system only turned on when big tour groups were in - window open and eaten alive by mosquitoes. With air conditioning, nice and comforfortable, without, terrible nights sleep. Breakfast also improved when tour group was in.

Review 12：The staff specially in the reception was not very service-oriented e.g. during my check out the lady had time to serve and chat with several local guests which kept me waiting for a while or on arrival no help with luggage and no lift and the staff just noted to me that there is not anyone to help you.. Another thing was the internet availability. It seemed that 24/7 there were kids playing on the one computer they had and I had to ask them to leave. By doing so the lady in the reception asked me how log would I need the computer so that the kids could return as soon as possible..
