Review 1：We loved it here! Great location at the top of the town, which meant beautiful views over the sea from the balcony. Staff were really friendly. Had all the facilities we needed and was clean. It was also on the less touristy side of town which we much preferred. Hopefully coming again next year!

Review 2：Awesome place, we came for the third time to Croatia, first to Bol, and here was the best, not only cause the windy weather (windsurfing xD) but also cause of the Villa Jelena. Great view across the city and sea. Nice and helpfull personel, especially Owner who told us a lot interesting things about the city, island, and history. Wifi great - without problems watching football games in HD ;) And it was sooo cheap! We're gonna come back to Villa Jelena next years, and take others with us!

Review 3：The apartment is located in the last street in the town. Please be aware the it is located at the moumtain and you need to walk each time the mountain. It takes about 40 minutes to walk to the beach zlati rat.

Review 4：The owner of the house is very friendly, he picked us up, gave advices about restaraunts, food and the island.

Review 5：The staff are invisible. Every time that we need something we take around 15 minuts for looking someone to ask.

Review 6：The views and the terrace are fantastic. Good location but you need a car for stay in this apartment. Is located in the top on the village. So close from Zlanit Raz beach.

Review 7：There are only some details within the appartment that should be improved: It is not possible to hang your towels or your change clothes in the bathroom. The shower drain was clogged. In the kitchen there is a bauble fridge, just enough for 2 person. It is suitable only for making breakfast and simple dinner.The cable TV is totally useless, because most of the channels are locked. Much more electrical outlets are needed in the apartment. It is pretty challenging to carry your bags packed after shopping to the apartment on the hillside...but on the other hand, it keeps you fit :)

Review 8：The owner couple, Zeljko and his wife are very friendly and direct people. We have got a lot of useful and helpful information regarding the local places to visit and local habits we have to consider. The apartment and the balcony was comfortable enough for us (2 person) and there was a magnificant view to the sea! In the apartment basically there is enough space. The wifi connection was sufficient and was operating without any interruption. The air-conditioning system worked very well and it is essential to use all the time. The plastic windows are very well soundproofed, filtered out the noise of cicadas. However the house is at pretty much the top of the town, it is close to the city centre and to the places where you can find breakfast, bakery or lunch and dinner.

Review 9：There are few details within the appartment that should be improved to increase overall picture about it. Path from the nearest beach and city center is very steep.

Review 11：We loved everything about this apartment but there is a steap walk to the property, we did not mind as the views are amazing but some people may struggle.

Review 12：Nice quiet location but still close to the town, also there is a beautiful beach near the monastery which is only five minutes walk away. The apartment was very comfortable, good value for money and the host is very helpful and he even gave us a lift to the bus stop on last day as there was a storm.

Review 13：Old small TV. No Soap provided Location at the highest point from the town and very windy. Owner kept banging on my door at 9am so he could be paid on the day I was leaving although he knew I was there and no one was there when I arrived at 7pm..Owner did the very minimum.

Review 15：The friendly and helpful owner, Zeljko picked me up from the bus stop. Zeljko and his wife welcomed me with a schnapps shot! The apartment was excellent and although it is a 10 min uphill walk from the centre the views make it totally worth it!! The walk isn't strenuous. A relatively flat 20 min walk to Zlatni Rat. Beautiful beach and Bol is a nice, chilled town.

Review 17：Great price! Small kitchen was perfect for making breakfast and simple dinner. Beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. Fun to walk through the town and to the beaches. A warning for travellers who may have problems walking: the house is at pretty much the top of the town. The walk is weirdly fun though! Let's you imagine that you actually live there! Great balcony to watch sunrise and sunsets over the water.

Review 18：Owners were nice and friendly. Location is up on a hill so we had to walk quite a lot every day but that was okay. The apartment was big and clean. The kitchen was good although there could be more equipment.

Review 34：We booked the two bedroom apartment but it was only one bedroom with bed in the living area, but I didn't read the small print.

Review 35：Great view and service as we were picked up from the port. Fast ferry runs from split to Bol at 4pm each day. Loved the area and rate was good.

After asking for new towels after 3 days we got told they had no towels and had to wait another day. -Charged tourist tax when afterwards allthough in the booking stated it was included. The owner blamed booking.com. -Bathroom very small and shower curtain hangs outside of the shower making it impossible to shower without wettening the whole floor. -Appartments are situated completely up the hill. About 15 minute walk to the center, 30 minutes to Zlatni Rat beach. -Very basic kitchen, almost no pans etcetera.

The apartment, with six beds, had two bathrooms, fully equiped kitchen (no oven) and a fantastic view from the balcony overlooking the adriatic. When we go back to Bol we will definitly stay at apartment Jelena again.
